Sizzler Manager and server unprofessional

I ordered 8oz steak and unlimited shrimp. And when I asked the server for my third serving. She came back and told us that manager decided not to refill my plate. They assumed that I was taking it home which mo I never intended to do. Disappointed with the service at florin towne location. We will never eat at any sizzler again.

Sizzler Manager

The manager was rude and unprofessional. Rather than telling us nicely that we cannot take the rice home, he yelled and embarrassed my mom. We had paid for three salad bars and had no idea we could not take a scoop home. He yelled at my mom. When I took the rice to eat and didn't finish it, he came to our table and asked me if I'm uneducated. He is super rude and professional, as there are better ways to communicate what we can and cannot do.

This manager needs to be fired.

You got caught stealing and you are complaining about it? Your mother is a thief or stupid. Obviously, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Sizzler service and food

We don't get to go out a lot but like to have a good experience when we do. I ordered the Malibu chicken..funny thing picture on the wall shows a nice real chicken breast topped with a pile if sliced ham and swiss cheese..I received pressed chicken about 14 inch thick and 1 piece of thin sliced ham folded in half...disappointed to say the least. Andre' ordered steak with unlimited shrimp...the steak while cooked as order lacked seasoning and the A-1 was as runny as water. I understand why you offer unlimited shrimp..they also lack seasoning and were so greasy if you are smart you don't order seconds. The waitress could not remember things we asked for and just gave all around the worst service I have had in a restaurant.

Sizzler Bad Experience

Son and I went into the new Sizzler in Oceanside, California on June 28 early in the afternoon. Both ordered Rib Eyes.. Son was only able to find two or three small bites that wasn't fat/grizzle, and mine was not much better. Waitress attempted to ignore it until we were ready to leave..then told us "the rib eye is a fatty cut" you should order the NY. The Manager appeared to "leave" the restaurant and walk around the parking lot until we were out of the area after the waitress approached her... We will NEVER go back, and you shouldn't waste your money there... Might have well have thrown our $60 in the toilet...

Sizzler Unsatisfied customer

Poorly cooked rib-eye steak full of fat, paid more Money for rib eye steak as I was very hungry but when I was eating it it was full of fat with very very little meat. Wasn't aloud a refund as they said if eaten it! It was full of fat so why would I want to eat it! No table check and rude staff topped off a bad visit.

You should have returned the meal as soon as you found it wasnt to your satisfaction. Try emailing them you might get somewhere.

Sizzler mild food poisening

my names Louise Woolmore and I went to Sizzler yesterday with my boyfriend as a treat, I spent 72 dollars on a seafood dish and a steak and chips dish we had the salad bar too, plus a starter of sliders . The salad bar was awsome, we then had the sizzler sliders and from there we felt ill, we still ate the main and we left with a low opinion, we were seated at a table that was wobbly, with the roof dripping water not far from us the food was cold and overcooked .We left sizzler to my boyfriend Nathaniel Riley throwing up in the garden not far from the church. I had to get a taxi home because he couldnt walk ten minutes to get home ... i on the other hand felt managable but today i had to have the day off work for stomache aches and feeling low on energy i wrote this letter to let you know i will never eat at sizzler again and neither will my family or friends i've been there once and wish never to return ... the sizzler location we ate at was in Annerly its next to KFC.
i have a reciept to proove i ate there and you may contact my work too see why i did not attend today i work at Target in Buranda .
i will be going to the doctor tonight most probably if it gets any worse . After everything i would like to be refunded the money i spent at sizzlers .

YOU ARE LIKE EVERY OTHER ###IN AMERICAN YOU GET SICK AND BLAME IT ON THE FIRST THING YOU CAN THINK OF AND WANT YOUR MONEY BACK FOR FOOD YOU ALREADY ATE MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO SEE A DOCTOR SO HE ALSO CAN TELL YOU HOW BIG OF A DUMB ### YOU REALLY ARE

Sizzler What a rip off

My father gave my husband an $80.00 sizzler gift card that our local sizzler restaurant won't honor. The next, nearest Sizzler is alomst 100 miles roundtrip--- and of course there is no proof that they will accept the card either. What a ripoff!

Customer beware. Don't buy Sizzler gift cards. Not only that but after contacting the complany and recieving an email saying the restaurant would be contacted we have heard nothing after 2 weeks. I tried to re-contact the person who had emailed me and that email address doesn't work. Wonderful customer relations!

wed 6/10/10 ;My husband and I went to the hunters lodge brakla bridgend we ordered a steak m/w and angus burger .We were told that there was a wait of up to half an hour.when the gentleman who was behind me when ordering recieved his steaks I had been waiting over half an hour, I called the waitress to ask the reason why we were still waiting for our meal, she came back and told us that because I was having a m/w steak and the other couple asked for med steak ours takes longer as i have cooked steaks on many occasions Ithink you will agree that when you wait three quaters of an hour you expect your meal to be cooked .my steak was cooked with blood still in it not m/w, my husbands burger was red raw in the centre.I believe that our meal had some how been overlooked, Iwould have rathered been told this than to have been served with raw food I ate my food because it was sent back and cooked properly my husband was put off his food the blood had soaked into his roll he did not eat his it was left on the plate .I handed the raw meat from the burger to the waitress on the way out I HATE LIES TELL THE TRUTH I WAS TOLD HALF AN HOUR WAIT AND WAS FED A LOAD OF LIES

Ha, i am now looking up complaints about sizzler. Because I love sizzler. You'll be glad to know there isn't many. Even your complaint. Although a shame isn't about the restaurant itself.

My friend took me to Sizzlers on Mothers Day.The line
was long but moved quickly.The food was over seasoned
but still edible.Next time I am going to request, that no
Salt be added.I was told the cooks throw salt on the Grill
and add extra Salt to your food.I am also going to request
that we aren't seated in the middle of the floor.That was
were the table for two was located.That isn't good seating, but I guess thats what happens when the place is crowded.You
most likely will not get a table that seats more than two
people.This was the Sizzlers in Hayward, CA.by Southland
Mall.
