Sires Crown Eyewear / The seller didn't provide the glasses with the correct artwork

I ordered glasses from Sires Crown Eyewear and I waited 6 months for them, but I received the glasses with wrong artwork. I have twice sent the artwork to the staff and they couldn’t provide what I wanted. I was not happy with the glasses and contacted the manager, but he didn’t reply to my emails. I decided to post review on their Facebook page and after I did it, the manager immediately contacted me. He was irritated and spoke in high voice, so I said that I didn’t want to stop our deal and asked to return money.

    We do not have a lot of client issues and I recall this client very clearly. I do not wish to go into details but there were definitely some miscommunications and regular emails back and forth. We bend over backwards for all of our clients. That is the nature of why we created a custom made eyewear shop to begin with. Otherwise we'd just be everyone else.
