I purchased some items for a friend's birthday and wrapped the gift not noticing the tear inside the lining of the material.
I returned to the store 2 days later after my friend discovered the tear and asked for the owner. The lady's name was helena and she was very rude and abrupt.
Not to mention that she didnt care about the tear in the clothing she just made reference to the fact that I had torn the garnment and wanted my money back.
All I wanted was a exchange and i would have been happy...
Goes to show you that good old customer service has gone down the drain when it comes to these guys... What a rip off!

This story is untrue, it never happened. l noticed hapgy, that you are somehow connected with 8 Global and are obviously not happy with my complaint about them. Is that why you have made up this Lie about Siren Doll? Remember what you give out comes back. l am very proud of Siren Doll and the amazing girls that work there, and am so grateful to be involved in such a fun and wonderful business and be working alongside such great girls. l am blessed, and it does not matter what you make up and say, it does not change the truth,
