Your Comments: this bill has a balance 9.63 due to me but it does not state when n how you will refund me. singtel shop told me I have to call 1688 to ask for cheque. I told the guy I have been paying by credit card. why can't singtel refund to my credit card account. they still insisted I call 1688. I called 3 times entering different options but no way to reach a human being and also could not find an answer for my refund.I am very disappointed and annoyed at the way singtel handle refund. it's totally radiculous that your 1688 does not give the public an option to speak to a human being. instead give us all sorts of nonsense sms response. you should check how other telcos customer care service do. just enter 2 or 3 option an official will answer our call. THROUGH MY THIS EMAIL I WANT TO KNOW WHEN CAN I GET BACK MY 9.63. I WANT YOU TO REPLY MY THIS EMAIL. I WILL NOT WASTE MY PHONE CALL CHARGES ANY MORE. LUCKILY THIS IS MY LAST LAST LAST TRANSACTION WITH SINGTEL
