Singer22 Order incorrect/missing items

I placed an order and paid for rush shipping, as these items were gifts. When order was received items were missing and 1 item was sent that was not ordered. Contacted the company immediately and received a prompt response that same day. They were sending out missing items asap and I was returning the item we didn’t order.

It’s been over 2 weeks now I still have not received my items. I have tried contacting them at this number 516.277.2635 and can not get a hold of anyone in ANY dept. I have sent 5 emails and still no response.

Since I have returned the entire order I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. I can not waste anymore time attempting to get a hold of someone. I find this to be very odd. I wish I would have researched this company before making a purchase. They seem very shady as I read other complaints.

Desired outcome: Refunded for order

Singer22 Horrible customer service. They owe me money.

My daughter purchased me a sweatsuit for Valentine's Day. The sweatshirt did not fit. I received a store credit. But when attempting to use it was unable to on the website. The sweatpants she ordered me were on backorder and I requested a refund for them. I was never refunded for the sweatpants and have been unable to use the store credit issued to me.
I have emailed Eden S multiple times since February with no response. I am currently out over $300. This company is a total fraud and is stealing people's money. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails.

Singer22 Checking on order due to be shipped yesterday

I placed an order the day after Thanksgiving for a pair of sweatpants and the Singer 22 website said the item was sold out and would be mailed on 12/15. I phoned on 12/15 and all mailboxes were "full". Then I emailed the company per the instructions on the order form, and no one responded as of yet. I want my money back so I can place the order elsewhere.

Singer22 Avoid them

My first time ordering from this website was the last one. I am very disappointed.
Ordered a very expensive dress 5 weeks before christmas. Knowing that the company is based in NY I wasn't worried much as I thought it would be delivered fast (I live close). I was so wrong!
My dress didn't arrive by christmas. Moreover, it still hasn't arrived!
I had to go to the nearest store and buy another dress.
The worst thing is that I can't cancel my order because it was dispatched eventually. I spent my time and money for nothing

Singer22 Small top

I can't understand why can't I get a replacement! I bought a top from them and it was too small and did not fit and when I contacted Singer22 and asked for a replacement they said no.
I asked them to explain in details why wasn't I able to get a replacement but they simply ignored me. Pay attention that I didn't ask for a refund, I was still interested in buying from them, but not any more.
The whole thing was their mistake and that's a very bad thing that they refused to fix it. Lesson learned, Singer22 is not worth buying from. Avoid at all costs!

Singer22 I'm really disappointed with this website

STAY AWAY! I'm really disappointed with this website. Yes, they do have some great stuff, but had I known about the non return policy, I would have stayed clear. I'm an Internet shopper, have been for years. Never have I not been able to return for a refund. Yes, I know that I didn't read the return policy, but I never even thought that was possible, being used to internet shopping g and never running into any problems with returns. Now, I have an item that is on back order till mid July and if I try to cancel, they will still give store credit. No other place charges you for a back ordered item until it is being shipped out. Very sneaky!

Singer22 Shady

Get screwed over by Singer22.com once? Shame on them. Get screwed over by Singer22.com TWICE? Shame on ME.
My first experience with Singer 22 I bought a sale priced necklace I had been eyeing. I received an order confirmation by email and got exited to receive the item. 3 days later I get an email telling me the item was out of stock and that I should "enjoy 10% off my next purchase>" 10%? Gee thanks.
I gave Singer 22 another chance and the exact same thing happened. I added my "10% off coupon" into the comment section of my order and submitted the purchase. I never recieved a follow up email so I emailed customer service to request a confirmation. No response. I called EVERY single extension on their phone line. NO ANSWER. This went on for 2 days. Finally someone answered (with quite a ### attitude might I add) to let me know that again, the item I "purchased" was out of stock. So...I was jilted on my first purchase and while attempting to redeem a coupon, jilted on a SECOND purchase with absolutely no notification. But they offered me 10% off my next purchase and acted like they were doing me a favor. Are you kidding me ? This is NOT how you build customer loyality ###S!
I have not visted this site since and have spammed all of their emails. BEWARE.

Singer22 Will never even visit the site again

Just like everyone is saying, will never even visit the site again! almost feel like ive been tricked into buying a pair of shorts. i wanted to check how much they will cost after a further 30% off so i added them to bag, proceed to checkout and had to enter all my details including bank details and coupon code for it to show me full price after 30% discount. and after ive done that it just placed my order without me even submitting or confirming the order! so i emailed then and obviously got no response..it also states that i absolutely had to email them a copy of my passport and bank card that i used (for security reasons) in order for them to process my order. so i thought if i dont email it to them they will give me some sort of response and atlest wont proceed with the order. but what do you know, instead of giving me any response they processed my order even without the required proof of identity... may they burn in hell.

Just an FYI! One of the comments on here by "jonalsing" AKA Jon Singer is the owner of Singer22.com. What a loser! Pretending to be a customer and writing a fake glowing review about his own store on this website. How shady and pathetic!

I'm sorry to say but I have only had positive experiences with SINGER22. They have some of the best stuff out there. They surpass my expectations and are always friendly if there is ever an issue. One time i got shipped the wrong items and they sent me a label right away and overnighted me the correct item at their expense and offered me a coupon off of my next purchase!

Singer22 Never shop from this retailer again

FYI: No refunds are allowed. All sale items = FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions. Everything but full priced clothing = FINAL SALE items meaning unless you're buying clothes everything else is non returnable non exchangeable so make sure you order what you want.

Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (A 1/5 of your entire order's cost- insane! I spent $355 so that's roughly $70 they will not refund you) Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges (they deduct this from your return cost). The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

"Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores."

Never shopping from this retailer again. Worst customer service. Unless you absolutely know that there's no way you'd want to make an exchange or return an item, you're getting screwed over.

Singer22 This is the absolute worst website

This is the absolute worst website. I ordered a $700 alice and olivia dress on sale for $349 which did say final sale. I paid extra to have the dress shipped in 2 days for a wedding i had on friday. I received the dress on Wednesday, brought it to the cleaners to get "puffed" since the bottom was flat from being delivered folded in a box. The cleaners showed me the hem and explained there wasnt anything he could do since the dress was ripped and there was no way a dress would be sewn like that. I called Singer 22 left a message and a week later i still had not heard anything. I called again, had to email them pictures and send the dress back. They offered me a new dress, too bad the wedding was long over or store credit. I explained all i wanted was a refund onto my american express. Everyone i spoke with was rude, nasty, and liars stating they sent me emails which i never received. I have disputed this charge twice with American Express and unfortunately they have taken Singer 22's side and i now have a $349 credit towards there website. Its complete bull$#*!, i will spend my credit but will NEVER EVER order or recommend this website. As a business owner myself i am completely appalled with the way the company handled this situation.

GEzma-- I understand your frustration, but don't you think that each company in entitled to their own store policy? Just because you didn't get what you wanted from them, clearly they had enough proof to fight the dispute from AMEX on your end. That's the only reason the store itself would win. Maybe you should check your spam inbox... sometimes they send stuff to me and It goes to my spam and I don't even realize! I hope you have a better experience with them next time... they've been nothing but the best for me!

Singer22 I will never ever shop here again

I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I ordered a 200$ dress, it came 2 weeks later...thats right 2 WEEKS! and mind you, its in NY and im in PA...there is no reason that it should have been 2 weeks. I emailed, called...and finally 4 days later I get a response to my email saying that my cc was put on hold and that they emailed me about it saying why there was a hold on my order. I RECEIVED NO SUCH EMAIL. I have never had a company blatantly lie to me. So I have called emailed back...NOTHING. I DID NOT KNOW this website was exchange only. websites that are exchange only are a strict NO in my book bc they are usually shady and have horrible service, singer22.com is no different. How dare they keep my money after such horrid service and not stating the return policy clearly. They are dead to me. OH! and when i go to ups to return my dress, the return address doesnt exist! so who knows where my package is being shipped, they ofcourse have not called me back, bc you automatically get transferred to a voicemail. There are way too many websites like this one to EVER have to shop here. DO NOT buy EVER, even if you are in love with the product, guaranteed you will find it elsewhere. BUYERS BEWARE! I am now out of 200$, I should have just took 200$ and lit a fire to it. UGH! So pissed!

RT423, do you work for S22? Have never heard of online retailers not taking back any sale items, EXCEPT Singer 22! I have had the worst experience tring to return a Rag & Bone leather-sleeve jacket that doesn't fit. We should boycott Singer22!

FYI- East Hills, NY is in Roslyn, NY you can use either mailing address and it will get to the same place. It's not a website's fault if YOU the consumer didn't READ what you were supposed to before making a purchase... what are you mad about? You're own laziness? I completely disaggree with this comment... They are the best there, they ship exactly according to their POLICY. Before I make any purchases online, I be sure to read that websites POLICY so I don't have any problems like this in the future.

Singer22 Legitimate?

Has anyone bought internationally from Singer22.com? Is it legit? they are asking me to provide a copy of my passport and credit card before i can buy, but with passport and credit card numbers blanked out. Is this a bad idea?

They ask for your passport or ANY form of government issued ID. They also tell you that you can block out any of the imperative information like the ID number. It also goes under lock and key to their accounting department where no one else can access that information. In this day and age, there is so much fraud and most of it is done from the use of International Credit Cards! I think it's a great way for them to protect their customers from fraud. I've ordered so many times from them internationally and they have great service and fast shipping. I've never had any problems!

Singer22 International Customer

Is this website legit? I am trying to buy a pair of shoes I cannot get anywhere else and because I am an international buyer it is asking me to scan a copy of my credit card and passport, but with the credit card number and passport number blanked out. Do you think this is safe? Has anyone done this?

I like the fact that SINGER22.com asks for such information. Being that it is an internet website and that the amount of theft on my own credit card has happened through internet shopping, I'd prefer to be safe than sorry. I've sent in my info myself and NEVER had any problems. It's safe, and secure and they do NOT share the info with anyone. It's only to verify that it's you! I LOVE SINGER22.com, they have been nothing but extremely helpful and good to me. So easy to shop there!

Asking for a poassport for a pair of shoes? I hope you aren't foolish enough to fall for that scam. Never, ever give out your passport information and credit card unless you can verify the company is safe and secure. But no one asks for a passport.

Singer22 Their customer service people took 3 days to get back to me and overall I'm just very disappointed

WOW THE NERVE! In this day and age, it's rare to hear about companies (especially ones ONLINE no less) that have such terrible customer service and store policies... but it's not unheard of! This place may have a nice selection but they do not state their return policy clearly AT ALL. The stuff I bought, I found on sale elsewhere (for like $200 less) and they would not refund the difference or allow me to return the item so I could buy it from someone else. Their customer service people took 3 days to get back to me and overall I'm just very disappointed. Stay away, shop somewhere else and unless you are 100% positive you'll be satisfied with your purchase, don't give them your money.

Basically reading the Policy before shopping online is a must. I have to say though most high end retailers don't price match. Clearly you were looking for a bargain.. Perhaps Forever21.com is more up your alley, and budget?

Singer22 Scam?

I applied on line for this credit card and I got it, but it expires on 3/2010. I don't know what kind of credit card this is or what kind of scam is going on with credit card but it is fake.So why would they send me a card like that What kind of fraud is going on with this company and I don't like it at all. That is why people don't like to apply on line because of situation like this somebody is always trying to con or be con artists trying to trick people or tell people lies. That is very misleading.

I received my shipment with TWO ITEMS MISSING and a stamp “SOLD OUT” across the shipment receipt. The ONLY REASON I went to Singer22 was because I searched for the Ben Amun Silver Necklace ABOVE ON MY CONFIRMED ORDER and ended up intending to spend over $1, 800 after I found other items I was interested in. I am so disappointed that a) I was not alerted that I would not be receiving the ITEMS CONFIRMED ABOVE yet alone TWO ITEMS. I will never shop here again nor will I ever recommend to anyone to shop at Sinnger22. Not dependable or reputable.

I placed an order with Singer22 a few weeks ago. Only part of what I ordered arrived and the top and dress that came were wrinkled and there was makeup on the dress. I called to return the dress and they said I could only exchange.

I dont know how Singer22 got my personal email address but called to find out and they wouldnt tell me over the phone and have been sending me all kinds of emails I didnt request. Friends of mine had the same thing happened and said that they stole a competitors email list.

Singer22 Send unsolicited emails

I started receiving emails after email from Singer22 even though I never brought anything from them nor did I ever sign up to get their emails. I called and complained to be taken off and they still kept sending me emails. I was on a few of their competitors email lists and now I dont get their emails but get Singer22's. I called the co I actually ordered from and they said they are hearing similar complaints and suspect Singer22 stole their email list!
