Singapore Connection Services / Misguiding customers
Hey, I called up at 1 of the number given on flier for plumbing services, to get the Bidet filling (Fitting only) done as i already purchased the bidet, also during my call I asked for the charges but the person on phone said that they will tell the charges at the time when they will come to install the bidet, and if we not get the services done we have to pay $10 for transportation.
Now when they came in evening after looking at that they surprisingly asked for $120 for getting only Bidet fitting done, such a small job and $120 for labor charges, I told them that it is a job for just 30 -40 $ max as i also inquired from some other numbers also but they said no.
Further to this they asked to give me $ 10 as transport charges as i refused them that i will not get the same installed for $120. They forcefully in a rude manner stood inside my home premises and asked for $ 10, I insisted they you are not letting me free on either side 1 side you are asking for such a high price the other person is ready to do the same job in less than half a price and on the other hand you are asking for $10 as transport fee, they said that this is our business.
I hope this kind of business should be taken care by the Government as consumers are being cheated and harassed. I end up paying $10 without getting the work done from the below mentioned company who calls itself as ISO 9001:2000 certified: the complete address is as below:
