Please dont call Singapore Telecommunication "Singtel'...is how shameful you r!
I really think i not event treated as "Customer". Is not come toward "disappoitment", cause no disappoitment can make after many times call to Customer Services to solve my simple issue.
I hope "Singtel" top management should highlights on the currrent customer internet assessment, modem, billing charges is come to proper ways of practice, to maintain customer satisfaction. If you are not doing the basic thing of customer buying value, how big the advertisement event, or how easy your singtel bill payment is also useless!
I would say Singtel come to the end of core business! if you unable to process even internet assess. !!! Conversation with Singtel waiting their call, explanation...almost 1 hour plus, the answer still cannot solve my problem!!
