Sin Chew / Rude Staff
I happen to came across an accident happen near PJ area that involved one of your sales executive with my friend who was riding on a motorcycle back from her school. The incident happen when my friend was riding on the main road, while your staff with his Pajero coming out from junction. Without signal or whatsoever, your staff dashed out from the road, resulting in my friend knocking directly onto his car. My friend ended up with brushes on her leg, and her motorcycle was damaged. Your staff instead was acting really rude, and after some discussion, he threw his name card towards my friend, asking them to call him for compensation, and just drove off, without further apologise etc. It's really KIND of him that he actually willing to pay (only for the damage part that he can see... meaning to say that's not the full amount of the damages). But the damages happen on my friend herself, the injuries, and the effort of moving a damaged vehicle to garage were left to be bear by a young studying lady herself. I was trying to persuade my friend to made a formal police report, but being in midst of assignments and examination, she claimed that as long as the sales executive willing to compensate her on the financial losses, she's willing to close the case without raising other issue. But I believe that Maybank is a professional organisation and definitely will not allow this bad attitude rising among your working staff. I am totally dissapointed regarding what has happen, and really hope your staff behave himself when he makes his compensation in sometime soon. And my thought ofhis incident is, hiring someone who didn't know how to respect others definitely are not suitable to work in a service line, especially for a big organisation like Maybank. I will not name the sales executive name just yet, unless his attitude really bad when he meets up with my friend. But if that's the case, probably the police report and complaining to press would be the only outcome.
Thanks & regard,
