Simply Skylar / brown purse - need a refund

Hello, my name is Perri Brock. I purchased a brown purse from Simply Skylar on November 26th, 2017 for $32.98. I received the purse in December and upon opening the pack found that the screws that hold on the purse straps were broken as well as the zipper. I have contacted their provided email 3 times concerning a refund and still have recieved no response. I'm now contacting you with hopes of getting this fixed. I refuse to pay for an item that was damaged upon delivery and that was sold under false pretenses. If I don't hear back from y'all by this thurs (Jan 4th) I plan on refuting the charges made to my card. I am hoping maybe you can help remedi this. Thanks so much! Perri
