Deposit not returned
I rented an apartment for 12 months in the Wigan area. Left the property in a far better condition than when i first moved in and they still haven't returned my £630 deposit. I have emailed Jenna in accounts and Simon the owner with no reply. Today is the 21st July and will unfortunately going through the hassle of taking them to court.
I highly recommend you steer clear of the estate / Letting agent as they have a catalog of excuses for why things dont get done!

Resident. Is using his home garage and driveway for car repairs. He has cars lined up on the street at times. And working on motor cycles. Keeping up loud noise. This is a quite community. This takes away from my home value.
I am NARASIMHULU, resident of h.No 2-3-811, ganeshnagar, nagole, L B NAGAR CIRCLE, here by submitting the complaint regarding Stagnation of underground drainage in road no 5. This was brought to the notice of the concerned jamedar/supervisors notice twice during the last 2 days but no action has been taken.

There is a stray dog stays in our flat, and pukes everywhere in stairs, or bites and scared children stay here, or the visitors, if you please get us rid of it asap
