Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I had to take this company to court following damage that they caused to my property and belongings; sofa stuck in stairwell, ripped leather sofa, damage to wooden floor, cracked wardrobe etc. They never attended court on two separate hearings. The judge heard the case and found in my favour. Even though the judge made an order against the company to pay for the damages caused, the company refused to make payment. It wasn’t until I issued winding up proceedings that they finally paid; over a year later. Consumers should be aware of this company and how they treat customers.

AWAY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY THEY EMPLOY THIEVES!

Three workmen came to my property while i was moving moving
form SE18 to E1.

i had a cupboard full of things that was not part of the
move and i had money in my jeans pocket. that morning i had already been into
that cupboard and took money from the jeans and went to the bakery. i also went
back into that cupboard twice and saw the money in my jeans back pocket which
was folded on a shelf and the money was quite visible.

Then during the move when i went back to get something i
noticed the, money was missing. i was quite shocked as the workmen had only
been there one hour and money had gone missing. i didn't say anything at the
time as i did not want to cause tension and for the workmen to mistreat my
belongings.

i contacted simply removals and gave them a detailed
description of what happened and even pictures of where the money was.

They launched an investigation and the workmen all lied
saying they did not pack any boxes for me when they packed 3 and completely
denied that they were left alone in the house when i was actually helping them
take boxes to the van.

The investigation was a joke, none of the points i raised
was not bought up and they just said that it was my responsibility to keep an
eye on the workmen.

They stole £240 fro me and now Nick from simply removals who
did the investigation is now treating me like i am making this whole thing up!

i earn a six figure salary and have no reason to make things
up. I am now making a police report and i will be back on Google previews to
let you know regarding the outcome. I will be asking if simply removals
actually run CRB checks on their workmen. When i find this out i will put up
another review to let everyone know as it would not be right for un vetted
people to walk into peoples homes! .

Simply Removals is the most fragrant company I have ever seen. Their work and their stuff is absolutely equally bad. I lost $3 and I will never forget about it. Never use this company! They also wanted to get tips. What for? Couple of idiots!
