Simply Great Gifts Deliberate Hiding of needed terms to make offer void

My wife and I received a letter asking us if we would participate in a product review of a new android tablet. It stated all we needed to do was call the number on the letter to receive our tablet and we could keep it after the review. That letter was a scam to get us to call Worldwide Vacations. They explained we would receive the tablet for attending one of their seminars about their vacation plans and we would receive this at the seminar. After 2 hours of High Pressure sales attempts we were given a certificate for "Simply Great Gifts" like most people I followed what instructions I could see which wasn't much. There is a button on the site stating "TERMS" If you click that it takes you to a 4 page notice and halfway through the notice it states you must send a copy of your picture ID with the request letter or the offer is void. In this fashion they are able to keep most people from ever receiving the gift they were promised. as that term is not in any way bold, highlighted or otherwise brought to your attention. when I never received any response back form them I finally called the number on the certificate "[protected]" the call was answered by a "Tina" the moment I tried to find out what was going on she became "EXTREMELY!" rude and told me I did not follow the terms of the agreement so my offer was void. Of Course I never saw that clause in the terms as I am sure most people don't and that is why there are so many complaints about them. I would highly recommend anyone else who has any dealings with this company "READ THE FINE PRINT!" as they are out to scam you!

Simply Great Gifts Gift supplied does not work and has no way to recieve technical support

I received a "promotional gift" for attending a travel seminar. The Feichu Handheld tablet that was supplied only worked a couple days. The "manual" that came with the unit gives no technical support information or contact information for the tablet manufacturer.

We had the same experience as all the above complainants. It has been nearly 3 months since listening to their very high pressure sales pitch, following all of their instructions to receive the gifts, at least 6 phone calls and numerous promises to "send it right out". Still no gift. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! It all appears to be a scam.

Infinity Incentives is not affiliated in any way with Simply Great Gifts. We are not the organization that gave the presentation. We are simply a third party company that fulfills the promotional offers that are provided as a result of attending the presentation. We also do not host or control the website Simplygreatgifts.com at which certificates are registered.

WOW. We too drove to Independence, Ohio on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. What a professional SCAM this turned out to be. Looking back now, I am so glad I said NO. It all started with a letter I received in the mail offering me a Android Tablet and a choice of a airline travel or cruise travel. Curious, I convinced my other half to go. We get there, sat down, watched America's Funniest Videos. 8:00 pm came and the presentation began with Matt. He talked about savings and showed us his children enjoying their vacation. I have to say, it was a very nice presentation. After he told us the Promotional Price of $9, 900...a slew of sales associates come in the room and one by one start calling out couples names and take them to their assigned tables. Our rep was trying so desperately to get us to sign. After a numerous NO thank you's, Matt comes over to go from $9, 900 to $2, 900. Really? We told them again NO and our rep went to get us our certificate. By then it was 10:30 pm. He brought us our certificate telling us to wait 24 hours - giving them time to enter their data. We waited until today to Friday, May 17, 2013 to enter our certificate #, pin # - whatever! I could not bring up this site. I found this site. Thank GOD we did not give them any credit card information. I only wish I found this site prior to wasting my time listening to this SCAM. Looking back...I offered to hook them up with dear friends who do take vacations all the time and they did not want their names, they wanted us. Again, GOD was looking out for us. WE DID NOT SIGN UP. I wonder if the people that did sign up that night (and there were a number of couples who did) did get their gifts. Still wondering...are there 2 gift certificates - the ones who said YES and the ones who said NO?

We attended the Cleveland OH seminar on Feb 2, 2013 and the 90 minutes presentation turned into almost 3 hours of saying "No Thanks". Three different sales agents and their manager persisted. Sent in the required documentation with the photo ID and waited 3 months. Called on May 7, 2013 and the clerk said they never received the required information. In my opinion, she read from a well rehearsed script. "There is nothing that they could do. Your gifts are "Voided" because we have received no documentation. Sorry for "Your Loss"! THIS IS DEFINITE A SCAMS! Do not waste your time or energy. Shame on you T.J. Johnson and Associates and Simple Greats Gifts...shame on you! Cleveland city should be Better Than This!

I attended this joke of a seminar in Orlando, Fl.. Pressure was unbelievable and left without them getting a cent. Submitted required info and when I called today, (May 3rd) I was told that they never received the required information. Was told, should of sent it registered mail, therefore nothing can be done about it (my loss). This is one of the worst scams and ripoffs going right now. Do not get sucked into this.

I didn't want to go, knew it was a scam...didn't want to argue with my other half. So we wasted the time and listen to the speaker who pretends not to be the head of the scheme, but he is... over the required 90 minutes. After which you are railroaded into the sellers lair. Have we not all seen this on on any news report...dateline...or any poor-poor me, they took all my money, story...yes we have!
I will give them this...they had the foresight to put up artwork and printed/framed pictures to look like an established business...did anyone else notice there was not a speck of dust on these embellishments?! I did!
So, then you sit down with the "sales" person, who is hover over by his management team...to make sure he doesn't let you leave! Even offering for you to look up their amazing company with "their" computers... Well, I can minimize crap on my computer I don't want to come up too. Of course it will be all "good" reports! Oh, then when you finally think their going to "let" you leave...they have to print out their incentives directions...whose printer really takes that long?
For all who have not went...If it is a good deal now...it'll should be a good deal tomorrow . Use your common sense, , , budget your own vacation or whatever their lastest scam might be...formally known direct buy pushers...
April 11, 2013 8pm session...for the guys who ran the circus...you know who I am...and know I could do a better job than all of you combined I wouldn't even have to bribe with fake and broken incentives...kisses!

I was foolish and went to listen to the talk. First of all...this is a cheap timeshare accept that you never own anything. You need to buy a membership into their "travel agency" and then you aren't even guarenteed you can stay where you would want to. They keep pressuring you and when you told them no they kept lowering the amount they would accept. As far as the "gifts" you need to send them a copy of your drivers license. Why in the world would they need a copy of that to send you a gift? You showed your ID when you showed up for the seminar. They know who you are. Sounds to me like an identity theft gimmick. Also...my gift was long longer an Android tablet but some cheap 4" knockoff! Needless to say; I won't be claiming it and will be telling everyone I know not to deal with GlobalVacations, SimplyGreatGifts and TJ Johnson and Associates.

I went & listened to the 90 min seminar which turned into 2 1/2 hrs of high pressure sales. After saying no like 100 times we finally got our certificate for our free android tablet which I then registered the certificate on their website & sent a letter to them just like they said to do but after a month of nothing in the mail I called them & the very rude lady I spoke to informed me that my gift was voided cause I didn't send a copy of my photo id which I didn't know I had to. She said there is nothing they can nor will do. I wouldn't waste my time again!
