This is quite possible the worst company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE! I highly suggest NOT dealing with this joke of a company.
I purchased $7000 worth of strand bamboo flooring. I atarted installing it per the directions in the package. After haveing about 100 feet or so down I notice little bumps on the top of the floor. Come to find out (as per their wiz bang customer service) that I should be looking at the directions on their website not what comes with the package ...dah! This flooring is too dense for the standard flooring nails. When I made efforts to contact Simple Floors as I feel it is their responsibility to replace the wood I used since it is insane that I should look for other directions to use rather then the ones in the box.
The completely ignored me, EVEN the COO of the company ignored me.
This company even ignored a letter from my lawyer.
Completely amazing! Again, BEWARE! RUN!

What exactly would you like to discuss Ms. Walden? I am just giving my experience first hand to potential people who will get ripped off and make the absolute wrong decision if they purchase any product from this company. Maybe once you admit you and your company were wrong in what you did to me and not only write on here a letter of apology as well as have the owner of the company personally either call me or write a letter apologizing to me, i will continue my persuit of informing people of what a terrible company this is and i will make sure it is posted everywhere. In the companies response i would expect the truth to be told on what happened and inform people of the deception and udder disregard for a companies word or morals this situation has brought to the forefront.

That is a comman answer to any complaint that this company gets, i had a terrible experience also regarding actually ordering and paying for flooring that i loved, awaited shipping and was emailed and refunded for the product after paying for it, said that i basically didnt pay enough and cancelled my oder saying they couldnt fulfill 600sq ft of hardwood, customer service is terrible and they could care less about customers, they just want to get your business 1 time then u are in the trash.
