I had the misfortune of meeting Paul Muhlberger. I believe that this complaint is true. In my experience he was rude and very difficult to work with. He did not represent his client's interests well and drove away a prospective buyer because of his poor attitude and immaturity. I would never work with this realtor because he was very unprofessional.
This is Paul Muhlberger. Trever Seret is the poster and former Tenant. He chose a phony post name. Mr. Seret is incorrect in his assertions. He left my home in a complete mess and stayed longer than his lease term. I fully documented all the expenses generated from his damages and mailed him a letter along with receipts for repairs and photos showing the damage. Furthermore, by him staying longer, I had to ask my incoming Tenants to move in later, thus causing me to lose additional income...far more than his security deposit.
Trevor Seret was also consistently late in his rental payments during his tenancy and had endless excuses for non-payments. Instead of posting this false accusation, Mr. Seret could have responded to my letter, with a letter, but he chose this path to try and dampen my reputation.
