Silv Commuications (USBI) / Fradulent Charges/Billing
This company fradulently changed my long distance provider from Verizon and then charged me for it. I never knowingly changed my account information and they had me listen to a tape of a man speaking so faast I couldn't understand what he was saying. I know that if I had ever spoken with this man I would have asked him to repeat himself. I know I am not the only one that this happened to. Someone needs to step in and do something about this.
