Was sent FREE SAMPLE. Says they are forwarding a Introductory Kit which was never asked for or ordered and I will hav e to return it and pay shipping to return it if I don't want it. Havent received kit and do not want it. Too many people scamming, sending product then demanding money when product was never ordered. Shady business.

Just received letter from D. Gervais Collections Officer for no payment on sample product. Saying I owe them $22.55 Acct # [protected]. I don't understand how they got my name and address but take me off your mailing address. Or I will report you to the better business bureau. We have been in Fl. for the last 6 months, and received nothing at home.

Silkies Enriche keeps sending me merchandise I did not order and the postoffice refuses to send it back. I do not wish to pay for something I did not order and don't want to pay to send it back. Please inform Silkies Enriche not to send ANYTHING unless I specifically order it. Also advise what to do with the latest shipment.
Thank you

Received a bill in the mail along with a free silkies Enriche Eye Wrinkle stick and 1 0z of Silkies Enriche Rebuild product along with a bill for 19.94. I did not order this product and I am not going to pay for it. If they send me a postage return label I will return it. If they do not send the return postage label i will not return the product. This is nothing but a big scam.

Thank you.

Sent me Silkies Enrich when I didn't even order it and makes it impossible to return without having to pay shipping. I have tried 5 times to get the shipping label from them without any success.

Received "free sample" which the company states I requested. And approx. 4 weeks I am to receive a product which costs $14.99. I did not request any samples of their product and do not want to purchase anything they have to offer. After reading all of the complaints filed by others, I just felt as if I needed to submit one myself. I do NOT want to be hassled by this company.

I received this complimentary cream in the mail and a letter telling me that they will be AUTOMATICALLY sending me more and BILLING me $24.99 + shipping for future orders. I never asked for this nor do I want it. Now I have to spend time contact them (Their web site in down - what a surprise). I fear I will be chasing these guys to get off their list.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

They are now saying they are going to continue shipping this product based on "my chosen delivery schedule." I NEVER ORDERED THIS PRODUCT NOR AGREED TO ANY DELIVERY SCHEDULE!

I received a free sample in the mail that Silkies Enriche stated that I requested and that they would send me a Welcome Pack at the price of $14.99 plus shipping & handling. Since I don't ever remember requesting said item as I have not even heard of this company, please advise this company NOT TO SHIP THIS ITEM TO MY ADDRESS as I do not want to be bothered sending it back.
Thanking in you advance

I never ordered another one after my last order and enclosed a letter with my bill because this always happens. We try a product and then the company continues to send more. What do you want me to do? Just send it back i have not opened it, was shocked to even receive another one.

Silkies Enriche intimidation for non payment of items neither ordered nor received

in 2008 I received unsolicited samples of Silkies Enriche ( still unopened).
since then I have lost count of the number of requests for £13.98 in payment of cream I have supposedly ordered and received.
I can actually remember looking at the size of the tube, the cost, and rejecting any idea of ordering such an item.
I have written twice to the company telling them that I don't use, haven't used or ordered this product.
their latest letter is threatening some form of action against me, and I take this to be nothing but intimidation.
when I order an item through the post, I either fill out the payment form, or send a cheque. If I order on line, I usually use PayPal, or some such scheme.
When this unsolicited sample arrived, I was being very vigilant about mail orders, having had my fingers burnt with Belgian Sweets, Book Clubs, Clothes etc in the past; and ending up paying way too much for what took my eye. Please note - I DID say Paying too much, not neglecting to pay, or having my payments rejected!
So I am not enchanted by Silkies Enriche.
And come to think of it, the unsolicited sample of hosiery (usually one stocking, or part of a stocking) that used to come years ago) didn't make me rush to order either ( the denier was too fine, and I have cats with sharp claws, and it would have been money down the drain).

I would like others in this situation to be warned, but also to stand firm. Bullying and intimidation is of the gutter and should be stamped upon.

I received an unordered package with a bill inside asking for $19.94. I tried to make contact by phone, but was unsuccessful. SO, I called the Post Office who told me to call the BBB. I have the BBB Philadelphia number, [protected], if anyone would like to register a complaint.

We have received 2 invoices from 2 related companies "Silkies" & "Silkies enriche" that I have never heard of claiming payment due and "immediate response required". Both are signed by "Katherine Baldwin, Customer Services Manager" The address in each case is "PoBox 288, Liverpool. L70 8AL" - what should we do?

If anything was done about this company it clearly hasn't stopped them!

Hi there, you are not the only one. We received a free sample a few weeks ago saying look out for your next free sample. The envelope received today says "FREE anti-wrinkle wyestick enclosed." We never ordered or requested anything, yet, like you, there was an invoice for £13.98 for 25ml anti-aging moisturiser.

I am contacting watchdog as this seems to be a new way of trying to get money out of vunerable people.

Silkies Enriche Received product not ordered

I received one package from silkies Enriche and opened it because it said "Free gift enclosed" on the outside of the package. It had a tiny container of face cream in it with an invoice for 19.99. I paid it and wrote on the invoice to remove my name and address from all mailing lists. While I was away for a few days another package from Silkies Enriche arrived. I am returning it unopened 3-23-08 to the address on the package "Silkies Enriche, Po Box 34369, Lancaster, SC 29722.

I would like someone to launch an investigation into this company since I see many complaints and scams they have pulled on other people.

Sincerely,

Polly Parker

Silkies Enriche Deceptive trade practices

Hi Guys

I am at the moment contacting the trading standards office, as I too have received a tube of moisturizer/free eye stick from this company, which I certainly DID NOT order, complete with invoice for 13.98. I originally had a free sample of this product a couple of months back, but didn't like it, so I certainly would not have ordered anymore.

How is it that this company can then send out an item, not ordered, and demand payment. Have you tried contacting them, the so called Customer Service line [protected], is never answered, there is another number [protected] which is for their hosiery however, this is totally automated, there is only a PO box address, so I will be writing, however. It would appear this company do not like to have communication with their customers.

I am of the opinion that they should send me a pre-paid envelope if they want their moisturizer back . I know they are part of HCI Direct, and I shall certainly be mailing them.

I wonder how many more people there are out there, who have had the same problem, i.e. being black mailed into buying products that they have not ordered.

Regards
Pauline Smith

I did not order the welcome Pack sent to me with a bottle of anti-aging product. I am now receiving a bill for $ 19.94, which I refuse to pay. I will send it back only if I get a return postage paid envelope. I did not try this product and do not intend using it. If you send me something I did not order, it is your responsibility to pay to get it back.

I believe this company is a scam, and must be receiving lists of names from other company's or credit card banks.

I am on a DO NOT CALL and DO NOT SEND JUNK MAIL LIST.

PLEASE REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST, AND
SO NOT SEND ANY MORE PRODUCTS

This company sends an offer to try their new face creme. They let you chose your age and send you the appropriate formulated creme. Somewhere in the material they send you is a notice that you will receive additional shipments and be charged accordingly. It is not prominently displayed. The offer looks like a free sample offer with no strings attached. About a month after you receive the sample you get another shipment of a bottle of the creme. This company has had previous complaints filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office and was made to pay a fine for their unethical practices. You do not need to return the package. You certainly do not need to pay for their unsolicited product. Send them a letter telling them that you do not want their product, did not request futher shipments and will take action if they send further notices. Tell them if they want their product back they must send you the packing materials and postage. I also demanded my own postage for the letter mailed to them be returned. I also sent them a copy of the notice regarding their suit by the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office and noted that apparently they hadn't learned their lesson. I also filed a complaint with the post office and tried to file with the BBB but had trouble with their website. You can also file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office.

By the way, yesterday I got my postage back. SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY TIME TO BE COMPENSATED TOO.

The only way to fight companies like this is to make their life miserable and cost them money!

I received this item, thought it was a gift. Noticed they have been billing me, but I do have an account with Silkies, so I have been paying Silkies pantyhose all this time. I have found the item they have sent which has not been used, and would gladly send it back. But I don't think it is right for this company to make it look like they are a part of Silkies and send a product if I have not ordered it in the first place. If I must say this bill as been past due and I sent them information on that I paid Silkies, because I thought that was the bill for Silkies. I do not want this product and be greatly appreciate to return this item.. Thank you in advance

I just received a package containing Silkies Enriche eyesmoother and moisturizer with a BILL FOR $19.94... I DID NOT ORDER theses products. The statement has an account # as if I was a customer! I called the number indicated on the statement but could not get a "live" person. On extension 3, it says :"return and write cancel so you will not receive any more product.

I accepted some free samples in little foil packets a few month ago, thinking, this is nice, if I like it I'll order some. Then a package came that I did not order, with an invoice for $19.99. There is no way to refuse it and send it back. I tried to phone the telephone number on the included invoice but there is no one to speak to at that number. I plan to try to contact them on line for advice on how to return it. I hope I have some luck.
