Sellers beware. This company will not help you as a seller or a buyer. I tired buying from another seller on this site and the seller declined my order 3 times. When I filed a complaint I received harrassment not only by the seller, but by customer support.

    Pagany was a Silkfair seller that tried to harass another seller that sold competing products by masquerading as a buyer. Pagany also tried smearing other sellers ratings by attempting to purchase products and then posting negative feedbacks before products are shipped (posting feedbacks are possible only if purchases are made). Numerous sellers also notified Silkfair that Pagany operated in similar manner in other marketplaces against other sellers. Silkfair do not harass any buyers or sellers (what's the point for Silkfair to harass it's buyers and sellers???), and only asked Pagany to stop such practice, but Pagany got angry for having been discovered. Pagany now operates in other marketplaces and is now continuing her attacks. Beware of Pagany's current online smear campaign.

    I have never had a problem with Silkfair, although I have only just made a second puchase last week. The service has been prompt, the prices fair and I have received my orders quickly, usually within less than a week of placing my order. I like this site and will continue to use it for future purchases.

    Not a knock against Silk Fair here! My knock is against Color Contacts who is a seller on Silk Fair. I placed an order Monday night and requested overnight shipping as I needed them by Friday(tomorrow). About 8 messages later and I still have not heard back from Color Contacts and my order is still in new status although the payment has come out of my account. Have no other way of contacting this seller other than through silk fair which is getting me no where! I just wish there was something silk fair could do to help out its buyers when the seller is completely unreachable.

    Color contacts also declined my order for no reason at all.

    Color contacts ripped me off. I have tried to contact the seller 8 times and nothing back. It is starting to make me mad! I want my money back ASAP and there is no way to do that! I will NEVER get ANYTHING from that website again! I AM VERY MAD!!!

    These ### robbed me of $50 for halloween 🎃 contacts. Silkfair never responded to my over 30 emails they are nothing but ascam and I have reported these scam artist pieces of ### 💩 to the bbb BUYERS BEWARE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST! I'm very pissed off people like this belong in jail!

    After weeks of trying to cancel my seller contract with Silkfair, and getting NO response, I contacted Paypal that they are using to debit $14.99 a month from my Paypal account. In a year and a half of getting weekly noticed about 'how many are viewing my store' I have not received even ONE sale. Unfortunately it took me that long to discover what a scam they are and contact Paypal. An investigation by Paypal (Silkfair has 45 days to respond) had been initiated and I am hearby encouraging EVERYONE else being ripped off by Silkfair to contact Paypal or whoever else is collecting your money. Mahalo Nui Loa!

    I'm having problems with both companies, neither will respond to emails...I paid for a pair of contacts and a case, never received the case and one of the contacts was torn in half...any advice as to what I should do???
