Signature Marketing / Unauthorized charges
Signature Marketing added unauthorized charges to my phone bill. When I called they explained to me that a person name so and so entered my phone number for some kind of email server services and stated that they were authorized to use my phone # and that I gave permission - which I did not.
I would sue both parties involved if someone could help. I did not authorize anyone to charge anything to my bill. I would sue the person who did it and the company for allowing it and telling me they could not refund my money.
After researching I find that this company continues to charge people even after they request them to stop. I canceled my service with my local telephone company because I could not afford to take the risk of being charged up to $400 like they did to other people.
You would think after all this complaints someone could step in and stop it. I hope an attorney reads this and helps me - I only got charged $50.00 so far and I hope it stops.
But the inconvenience of all of this is horrible.
