Arrived home to non-functioning air conditioning on Tuesday, Sept. 12. Rang the manager's doorbell - no response. Called and left a message with the landlord and Sierra Management maintenance department. No response. The temperature in the unit reached 85 degrees. There has still been no response of any kind today, September 16. Contact needs to be made and repairs completed immediately. Next step, rent reduction and legal proceedings. This is an ongoing problem in this complex.
Roof flooded at the end of December. Parts of the ceiling fell on my floor. Now, there is mold growing in my infant’s room. Currently having to all share one room and still no update on when this issue is going to be fixed it has been over 30 days since I gave a written work order.
