Wesley Stewart of the Sidelines Club, Allstat Athletes and Urbansurf4kids held an EBay auction for the use of a two-bedroom condo in Key West on which I was the high bidder. The short story is that after taking my $729 he never followed through with the condo and has refused to refund my money. His "charitable organizations" which are supposedly the benificiaries of these auctions are in California, I live in Rhode Island which makes chasing him down very difficult. I have documentation to support my claims, have reported this to the internet crimes division of the FBI (no results so far) and EBay says there's nothing they can do because it was over 60 days ago. I have the same problem with the same seller. I have paid sidelinesclub@gmail.com $750 for a 1 bedroom in Aruba. Wesley Stewart has been answering all my emails in the last 2 years saying that all the possible dates I am giving him are unavailable and refuses to refund the full or part amount of what I have paid. I did a claim through ebay and as it's been over 60 days, there is nothing they can do. I also have all the documentation, I haven't been able to do anything. I have given Wesley over 20 dates as options, but he only has 2 or 3 dates available per year in Aruba and those are not the dates I can travel. I want my money back. I have waited long enough

This is Wesley Stewart We are working with Mr Mullen to get this resolved. We had a client who donated a week at their condo in Key West, they lost the unit and we are trying to find an alternate location. We look forward to resolving this unfortunate incident. Thanks,
