SHS Safehome Security / Unable to stop monitoring charges

I signed a 3 year contract with this company. My 3 year obligation was over 01/07 I have given them faxed requests, written requests and phone calls but they continue to bill me .I forgot to mention they took 2 unauthorized payments from my checking account and I had to spend $30 to place stop payment on my account. When I contact the company to see about resolving this issue I am just put on hold or sent to voice mail.
