Hi Frnds..

There was an advertisement in Jetix for a product called kitchen king which is an electric tawa. I ordered for it a month back. Nobody from their customer care bothers to enquire whether i received the kit or neither they let me know the real status of it when i called. After an month they said they dont have stock. Worst online sellers. Bad communication. Very few know english. Worst online sellers i had even seen. I still did not get the product. Please dont go for it for heaven sake .

    Ya.. Even i order for one before 10 days. They kept saying it is sent. Courier delay and stuffs. But now they say they havent sent at all.. Worst sellers. Please dont go for this product. They are using cheap
    courier service . The product mite not come gud . It has a glass which mite break by the time it comes. Worst customer satisfaction. Please dont go for it.

    MY BROTHER & SISTERS OF FREE INDIA..
    I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH SHRADDHA SKY SHOP. I HAD ORDERED KK VIA SMS WHILE WATCHING JETIK. AFTER 15 MINUTES ONLY I RECEIVED CALL REGARDING BOOKING OF ORDER. AND FINALLY AT 10:15 AM ON THE SAME DAY I AGAIN RECEIVED A CALL FROM MARKETING TEAM FOR CONFIRMATION OF ORDER. AFTER THREE DAYS I AGAIN RECEIVED A CALL FOM SHRADDHA`S FRANCHISEE REGARDING DELIVERY OF PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED BUT DUE TO NEGLIGENCY OF OUR WE HAVE NOT CHECKED MINUTELY. AFTER TO DAYS WE NOTICE A SCRATCH ON TAWA. I IMMEDIETELY MADE CONTACT ED THEIR FRANCHISEE WHO DID NOT AGREE TO REPLACE THE TAWA. THEN I MADE CONTACT WITH SHRADDHA SKY SHOP. THEY GAVE ME THE CELL NUMBER OF MR. ASHOK. WHAT A GEM PERSON HE IS. HE SAID HE HAD ALREADY 3, 4 COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS FRANCHISE. HE REUESTED ME TO SEND THE DEFECTIVE PIECE VIA COURIER ON TO PAY BASIS. BUT IN OUR CITY COURIER ON TO PAY BASIS IS NOT AVAILABLE. SO I SPENT COURIER CHARGES. TODAY I HAD RECEIVED THE CALL FROM ASHOKJI THAT MY FRESH PIECE OF TAWA IS SENT & IN LIEU OF THE COURIER CHARGES I HAD BORNE A FREE GIFT `YOGA MAT IS SENT.
    GENTLEMAN HOW I CAN SAY SHRADDHA IS NOT HAVING SUPPORTING TEAM. MERE ENGLISH IS NOT THE JUDGEMENT FACTOR. WE ARE INDIANS AND WHY SHOULD WE FORGET HINDI IS OUR NATIONAL LANGUAGE. PLEASE JUDGE BY QUALITIES NOT BY HINDI, ENGLISH.

    Sardarji Hindi hamara Rashtr bhasha (not a national language) nahi hai, hamara raj bhasha (official language) hai. Ok? Please have complete knowledge before commenting online. India has 18 national languages for your kind information.

    Dear all,
    Actual thing is everyone will have their own experiences with a sky shop like this or with any other online or tele shops, the very aim of hosting a website like this is to post their complaints and to channelize customers frustration on the irresponsible merchants if any. So why do people comment on the very aim of this website? If some one happy about getting yoga mat or some stupid perks, then please post your happiness on some other website meant for that, isn't it?
    Also when a product is sold online, which means with a global window, then it is minimum requirement of the sky shoppers to employ customer care executives who can speak different languages and compulsorily English, because everyone may not be ! If they fail to do so on such small issues, then how will a customer trust in them who lack a face-to-face contact? Don't you agree with me?
    Now finally advise me whether to purchase kichan king or not??? Because i have problem with washing too many utensild and all, so i felt like taking KK... Is it worth???
    Please help!!!

    Dear Adarsh,

    The COMMENTS are separate from the actual COMPLAINTS, so everyone is entitled to post their opinions (either good or bad) in the comments. And also if this website is only for posting complaints, why are you asking if you should purchase Kitchen King or not on this website? Ask on some other website meant for that :))

    Anyways, I ordered and received my Kitchen King in 5 days and I had no problems with Customer Service. So I can tell you that if washing too many utensils is a problem for you, Kitchen King is the perfect solution :) Hope that helps.

    Also, btw, don't you think its strange that Keerthi posted the complaint and then again Keerthi herself posted in comments that she is ALSO having problems hahaha -so there is a very good chance that this is posted by competitors of KK, now I might be wrong here, but real people don't try to game the system to their advantage!
