SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Never received order or any feedback

I ordered a t-shirt from this company for about $50 USD including shipping back on September 29th, 2016. I originally assumed that the item would take around a week to be shipped, and gave them 2 weeks before sending my first email. As of March 9th, 2017, I've sent 7 emails to them and still haven't received a response to any. Interestingly, they responded to an email I sent asking if the store was still open back before I bought the item. At this point, my money feels lost and I don't expect the shirt to ever be shipped. Other people have also reported never receiving their items on Reddit and Twitter, so I would highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this company until they actually start getting on top of their orders and responding to customers.
