the worst customer service I've ever had
Worst of the worst. It's true, unfortunately. Slow, unorganized. No respect for customers who pay money for service you don't provide at all. Your reps answer 3-4 days after the question was sent. How do you know that it wasn't urgent for your customer to get your reply?
You have just one random person working for you and he/she has no time to answer? At least it looks like that, sorry. Or you simply don't care and don't check your email? What is the reason? Terrible customer service, you should improve it.
Bag didn't arrive
I can't contact ShopSpring customer service and that's why I decided to post some reviews and seek help elsewhere. I made my order and purchased a pair of shoes and a bag from their site and received only one item. It took quite a long time but gladly my shoes arrived, but I was shocked and disappointed when I realized that there was no bag.
When I received my order I already felt that something was wrong because package was too small for two item. I tried to reach customer service many times with no luck. I like my shoes, they are nice, but I'm worried about my bag! I paid for it and I need it as soon as possible!
