ShopSpring / Bag didn't arrive

I can't contact ShopSpring customer service and that's why I decided to post some reviews and seek help elsewhere. I made my order and purchased a pair of shoes and a bag from their site and received only one item. It took quite a long time but gladly my shoes arrived, but I was shocked and disappointed when I realized that there was no bag.
When I received my order I already felt that something was wrong because package was too small for two item. I tried to reach customer service many times with no luck. I like my shoes, they are nice, but I'm worried about my bag! I paid for it and I need it as soon as possible!
