I'll keep it short. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker through this site. I live far away from the city, in a small town that even does not have postal service. So I need to spend about two hours to get to the post office. When I placed my order I explained them the situation and gave them all the details about shipping direction. But they didn't follow directions and my item was returned to them. I spent two hours to get to the post office only to be told that there is no package for me. I could not contact shopshiphappy by phone, so I sent them an emailed. I was told that they can't do anything until they hear from the supplier. My last three messages haven't received a response. There was no product or refund, so I'm thinking of calling the police.
