Prior to placing my order i asked the company the expected shipping time on the cabinets. I was told by Mary it would be 2-4 weeks. I placed my order on March 31 and paid a 2-Day Quick Ship fee which purports to get the cabinets on the truck within two days of the payment clearing.

I was told on April 9th by Mary that she would check on my order and get back to me. She never did.

I again contacted them on 4/22 and they responded that this was the first time they heard there was a problem and that they would ship the cabinets to me this past week.

I have tried repeatedly through multiple ways to contact ShopRTACabinets and they have ignored every ticket, email and phone message.
