As a merchant, Shopping.com is to be avoided. Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet. Email only, no phone. And if they dain to respond to your email it's days later (2-3-4 or more). Horrible. Go elsewhere, you'll save the heartache.

This is absolutely correct. We just setup an account with Shopping.com, uploaded our products according to their specs, yet their half-baked system pulled up only a small fraction of them. Thought this wasn't a big deal since they "supposedly" have online tools to assist but apparantly they don't (since the link is inactive). So now I'm stuck.. no customer service, no email response, no response in the forums. Looking at other posts in their Merchant Forums (which you have to be signed in to view), there is nothing but complaints by frustrated merchants. Better business bureau rates them as F and I see why. Complete waste of time and $ with nothing but aggrevation in return.
