Shopphonecases / My order did not arrive

I bought a case from them and was supposed to receive my order in early January. When my order did not arrive I contacted Shopphonecases and asked what was the matter and they said that they had some issues with the delivery service. They assured me that my order was shipped and will be here soon. Later I received a notification that my order was cancelled.
That was strange because earlier their rep assured me that order was sent and then suddenly it was cancelled. How is that even possible?
I asked when will I get my refund but was ignored! There is something wrong with this company and I would not recommend it to anyone!
