Shoppers Drug Mart review: unable to return items 117

I was shopping on Seniors day today to discover that Shoppers has changed the seniors age from 55 to 65 without notifying it's optimum card holders. I am so disappointed as I am 58 and I always shopped on seniors days. Rexall will be choice for my shopping as their age limit is 55 for senior discounts. Very disappointed customer!

I was a store manager for shoppers drug mart and I go the pine center mall location shoppers in Prince George, B.C. which is store # 268. I never see a manager after 4pm in the afternoon ever, the store manager always leaves eary from the staff who work there. I am also going to phone the head office to make a complaint as well.

Shoppers in Leamington, ON has a problem with the young employees.
Not very bright. Unfortunately not Shoppers fault, typical example of how the youth of today are useless.

This is a complaint about the store on 9980 137 ave nw, edmonton, ab t5e 6w1 store 387. The sidewalk around the store has not been de-iced and I witnessed a woman slip and fall as a result. I went to see if she was okay and had to help her to her car as she hurt her knee. I almost slipped as I helped her. I am extremely upset at this negligence!

I went to purchase bread at a store on Sandalwood and Chinguacousy in Brampton, Ontario. When the cashier was scanning my bread there was a mouse bite with a hole in the plastic and eaten through the bread. I am disgusted I will not be shopping there again.

I bought cold medication from Meadow vale shoppers Drug mart on Saturday 25, 2017 Mississauga. I took some medication and later noted the package was expired since Feb 2017.

I feel this is very serious and part negligence from the seller. What can be done to resolve it . My stmptoms did not improve.

Bought this product in Sutton Ont, and once i opened it, it didnt have the insert to spray it into your nose just a big hole where it should be. So I was unable to use this product, very disappointed since I have bought this before and never had a issue.

We do a lot of business at this store including prescriptions - we are long term residents in the area - Lakeview. My wife was embarrassed and we want an apology

Don't Play Summer guessing game with shoppers Drug mart. Fake PIN number on the on coupon or they are already been used . I tried a few times before with a different Shoppers Drug mart contests . Every time it says : INVALID PIN.

I bought a charger for my samsung and when I got home it was not working! And the manager did not want to change, even though I came back after a few minutes of buying! I want my money back!

Waiting 40 minutes to count 15 pencillian pills is ridiculous and a completeh indictment of the acceptable level of customer service at Shoppers. Will never come here again - memorial drive ne calgary location.

Sept 17, 2018 this guy who calls himself the manager has issues in his head, there are times when people need to be dropped off at the door, like people using cabs, handicapped, city busses, other means by other people, wheel chairs, crtuches, walkers ect can't walk from parking lots to doors, no need to yell, take pics with his phone .harassing .

Waiting 35 minutes for prescription

the pharmacist onsite made me spent two hours calling different people who direct me back and forth and none of them solve my problem. i went to walmart pharmacy, they had no issue filling my prescription under my insurence.

I bought a bag of Nelson's 1% milk last Thursday in Milton shopper store, Ontario. The cashier charge me $4.27 and refuse to give me a senior discount, she told me that was a sale product.
Is that correct ?

The security guard was very rude and was misbehaving. I had a product and I was looking for checkout 2:00 am Monday October 2nd 2017. I have been shoppers regular customer and also optimum member. I have never seen anybody talkin so rudely with customer. I request to take action against this please.

Rood behavior of pharmacist person and waste expecting time 4 times more than they inform first to customer.Uncivilized behavior and dont want to apologize for their mistake.

I purchased pintys chicken wings because they were on sale for 12.99.
When I got home and checked the bill it was for 17.99. I took them back half way across the city and the sales girl was very rude like it was my mistake. I will never step foot into another shoppers drug agai.

I bought a 5ml bottle of Protectis today, August 26, 2018 for my 4 month old baby. I read the instructions, then double checked the box to reread. Thankfully I did, to my surprise, it expired DECEMBER/2017! I do not understand how something in the pharmacy section could go that long, overlooked, on the shelf. I would need to access my shopper optimum number to transfer my points to the new pc optimum program. I have been holding two hours everyday for the customer service to provide that information. And I can't get a hold of anyone for since Jan 31st.

Good Day, for the last 2 sales, the stores in Orillia at Front St. and Westmount have had very few cases [ 6 X 791 ml ] of Coke Zero. They have had plenty of Coke and Diet Coke. The Coke Zero has been sold out by 10 am. Last week was a 2 day sale, so they had no Zero for the rest of the sale

My purse was stolen in May and Nov I called to get replacement card and nothing ever came also in May I attempted to merge my cards from my married last name to my current last name still nothing!

Shoppers drug mart upper James st has the worst customer service ever. They don't seem to be able to deliver prescriptions when promised then you have to call them and they say they can't deliver them until the next day after they fail to deliver when they promise. i had really bad experience in the store. i lived in north shore kamloops .
today i went shopping with my coupon. when i showed the coupon to the cashier, she said my coupon can't use. she was not help me with my problem. she seemed like she didn't want me to buy what i want. i am a regular customer there . she made me so disappointed .

My kids went in bought deodorant 2 for $5. Till came up as $5 each. Daughter who is 23 asked about the if till comes up wrong you get free of under $10 manager was mean to them said doesn't count power outage earlier voids it. So they didn't receive what is honoured. Hello.I purchased balea baby lotion from your store over one month before. Today i open for use but i think both bottles lotion is bad because they are not like lotion. This is very very watery lotion. Lotion came out like water. Now i don't have receipt and our shopper location now closed .Can you do something please?Both are new bottles. Thanks.
