This store consistently does not have the 4 litre Trutaste Milk offered in the flyer valid from Mar. 3 to Mar. 7th and have not had this product available for the last 2-3 months whenever this offer is emailed to me. I asked them for a raincheck but was told because they no longer carry this product in this size they no longer have a valid product code to produce a raincheck. In addition, the sales clerk stated that her cash register was not working properly and was trying to encourage me to use the self checkout. I was paying cash so this was not feasible.

This is very annoying when most of the other locations in London area carry this product and usually have available stock especially when a sale item is being offered. I would like to have been given a the very minimum a raincheck to go to another store when it was convenient for me to check another store.

Today June 11, 2023 around 8:40 today clerks at the end of self check out Portia and Tyra began a verbal altercation with me as I was trying to use self check out. I had gone to bag a few items while waiting for the system to process and dropped my card out of my pocket. While talking to my sister on the phone I hadn’t realized it fell and I heard portia say ma’am and I turned around assuming she was going to say something I looked in her directions and very nastily Tyra aggressively said “uh, your card” in a belittling tone. Then as I stoop to pick it up she walks passed me and with a look of disgust she says “YOU’RE WELCOME!” Then Portia followed up with “yea you’re welcome!” So I turned to Portia and said “sorry I can’t really see you because I don’t have my glasses on so I couldn’t make out what you were trying to tell me.” Tyra cuts me off and says ma’am just ring up your stuff. That’s when while still on the phone with my sister I heard them talking about me and saying how I was rude and next time they should just let me leave my card and let me look stupid. So my sister asked what was going on being able to hear them and I said “because I dropped my card.” Tyra says very loudly from the bench they are both sitting on, mind you while at least one of them I believe is supposed to be doing their job, “girl go head it’s not even that deep!” So I turned around and asked if either of them was going to help with the machine that wasn’t working so Tyra came over did something and the screen went right back to being stuck. So I’m standing here they are arguing with me saying they aren’t going to let customers talk to them any kind of way and I tell them “isn’t this your job to provide customer service?” And Tyra goes off on a rant about how she’s a person and job or no job she won’t be disrespected and I tried to explain to her that I was explaining to Portia why I didn’t intentionally try to make her feel a way I was just trying to clear things up and that this whole situation is unprofessional and the security guard comes over and stands right beside them while the screen for self check out is still stuck. That’s when I request again if there’s a manager and Tyra again with her attitude says “he’s coming you just need to wait!” So the manager comes I’m explaining why I asked to talk to him and they are talking over me, mostly Tyra, saying to the manager “you know my customer service! I’m not going to let anyone talk to me any kind of way customer or not!” So I asked him how is this acceptable and multiple times he asked them “what are y’all doing, why are y’all arguing with customers. That’s not what we do.” They were rude and disrespectful with him. When I asked for their names they said “they were going to talk to somebody about this and how they aren’t dealing with people like me and disrespect. That I’m ridiculous and to go head call who ever and report whatever that no one is going to do anything about it anyway and that I just need to go on and leave!” This is crazy and it took another associate Darlene to finally kindly help me and take care of my check out because the machine just wasn’t working. Every time I come in this store I never have problems with the clerks if anything I usually try to help them by bagging my own stuff however I always hear Tyra complaint about working and talking trash about the people that are shopping or other associates that she works with. This was my first encounter with Portia. Needless to say she seems to be just the same.

I was at this pharmacy today at 410-410pm today I was greeted by a girl, I give her my prescription and ask her how long it would take because I was having a allergic reaction and I needed the medication and she said 20 minutes, one hour later i finally ask a tall skinny guy who walk by me in the sitting area like 10 times, finally I ask him why it was taking so long, he told me that he was the manager and look confused to my question, this same person has forgotten about my prescription before , it’s not the first time this has happened to me here , he said I should have signed up for notification message but I was asked in the first place so how was supposed to know about this, and then when I asked they had it ready in like 5 minutes after so why if takes 5 minutes to make why me wait and then they played it out like that they already had done and thats a lie because they still made me wait after I asked, there was like four people working there no excuse for them to have taken this long when I was having a allergic reaction, something has to be done here because it the first time here, I will never go back this location to get medication

2 years ago I took my 2017 F-150 to Mike Maroone ford in Longmont CO, the reason was because when I shift from P to D the truck started shaking and it was doing it more often and the shake was getting harder and harder, the other problem was that when I decreased speed and the truck reached the third gear another shake was felt and sometimes it was hard and sometimes not too bad, anyways, the truck had warranty from Ford since it hadn’t reached the 60k miles, then when I got it back I had to do a trip of 45 minutes from the city of Longmont to the city of Arvada, so when I was ready to stop due to a red light in front of my I noticed I hard shake again between four and third gear, so I called the person on Ford and I let him know the issue and he told me to bring back the truck again so I did it, then he called me and he said that he drove my truck for ten miles and the truck was perfect and they couldn’t find anything wrong with the truck, of course I send more text to him regarding the issue and a small video, but I think he decided to close the case by telling me that he drove and check the truck and nothing wrong was found on it.

Now! In two years since I have my truck back from the dealers service I have put around 5000 miles, that means that I don’t use the truck to often, now the truck is having the same issues of which I took it to the dealer in first place, the shaking when decreasing speed didn’t go away at all and the shaking changing gears started like 6 months again and they started really subtle and now they are

Hard, so I called Ford a couple times explaining to them, they send me to this manager line which never answers and never return calls.

So I took the truck to the dealer again and they basically say that it’s my fault and I have to pay for everything,

Even though I told the guy that reported to him that the truck wasn’t ok since day one!

Honestly I don’t know what to do, and honestly I don’t want anything for free but I believe that we have to meet half way!

But they don’t want to do anything!

Any suggestions please?

I spoke to attendant. Very rudely , she looked me straight in the eyes and did not speak back and told me she heard me. My dad died and I came in early to get sodas. A simple Gm ma’am would’ve really changed my mood around. That is what front end is supposed to do. Terrible experience and I’ll never return

I was in the middlesex shopper's and a employee named thomas came into the bathroom and started yelling! Not talking but yelling at me while i'm using the handicap bathroom stall. Saying that I better clean up after myself n not leave ([censored]) n toilet paper in the stall. I then asked why r u yelling at me n will u stop. His reply is "i'll do and say whatever the hell I want!"I have never left the restroom a mess. The employees actually do a horrible job cleaning the facility. Every time there is crap on the seat n urine on and around the toilet. This man thomas has me so upset I could cry. I'm a very respectful man that never complains bout these problems but this took the cake n smashed in my face. I expect some kind of repercussions for the obscenity n straight up disrespect he showed me. I n my family, friends will never shop at this or any shopper's until something is done. N I will continue to send in complaints n boycott till it does

Orders seafood for my birthday yesterday .
Tyson told me the price was for crab legs $135
10 pounds and for 5 pounds shrimps $40.00
Well when I came in to pick up the price was totale different. I paid much more.
I paid for the crab legs $180.00 and much more for the schrimps too. I try to tell the lady that Tyson told me a different price, but she did not listen that all and ignored it.
Shrimps we're over cooked.
I bought mussels which were smelling and bad sensed up growing in the trash.
I don't have to go shopping in shoppers, I can go in the Comesasry on base too.
Everybody in my kitchen agreed there were bad.
So how can this matter be resolved before I contact better Buisness b .

On April 14 2019 . sherry Allen was on a mobile at Shoppers food warehouse on Martin Luther King Hwy in landover md. In king shopping center when she finished shopping in the store she started towards the parking lot and as the video shows the wheel on the cart was broken and should have been takin off the floor i also made serval attempts to contact the store manager but no success i have been calling and going to the store but everytime i go they tell me no one here can help me because the crew that was on duty no longer works at that store i have video footage. And there was a shoppers EMPLOYEE that called to check on her . she loves your prices and employees. But this is very unacceptable. So can someone please contact us [protected] or [protected]... And also i would like to say Monique the shift manager needs a raise great job missy... Thank you enjoy the rest of your day. My mom was injured very badly by this incident that caused her to have to go to rehabilitation, and numerous doctors appointment.

This is literally about the 5th time that I have purchased food with a expired expiration date from this location. Around the 2nd or 3rd time, I decided to mostly check my items for freshness but the one time I did not, I was disappointed to have this happen again when I purchased eggs. I purchased the eggs on 2/19/19 but they have a expiration date of 2/15/19. I think the manager should be fired because clearly he/she doesn't care about the food safety of customers. If this happened to me on numerous occasions, I can just imagine how many people this effects totally. The food items include Icecream, canned tomatoes and hummus snack pack just to name a few. These items were purchased on separate occasions so this is clearly a problem with this store.

I have been shopping at this store for years. With the exception of a couple of cashiers, the rest have horrible customer service skills. They don't assist you with a smile and you can tell they probably hate their jobs. Very unfriendly that I am surprise that they are getting away with these types of behavior. Now when I go I try and look out for the couple of lady cashiers that I find very professional and courteous but when I don't see them I leave and take my business somewhere else. I just get a bad feeling in the pit of the stomach when I when I use to go there.

Hi. I have been a loyal Shoppers customer for many years and have always been happy with the service I have received and the products I have purchased. However, last Thursday, November 15th, while purchasing products at the Bayview Ave. / Holland Trail store in Aurora, Ontario, I had a bad experience with the cashier. I indicated that I wanted the seniors discount, (I am 56 years old) and the cashier loudly replied, "You don't get that discount. You aren't 65!"
This interaction was troubling on a number of levels. Firstly, I have confirmed the age and received the discount at my regular Shoppers in Newmarket. Secondly, I was embarrassed by the cashier in front of the other customers. I was under the impression that it is a Shopper's policy to not question their customers regarding age. I certainly have a greater appreciation for that policy now that I was called out, embarrassed, and denied the discount.
Obviously, I will not be returning to that Shoppers store, and I am now hesitant to ask for the discount again anywhere due to my treatment last week.
I believe that you needed to be informed of this situation in order to take measures to ensure that it does not happen to any other customers.

I went to buy some flowers and one of the workers was arranging the fruit the manager came to shout at the employee very loud and ugly in front of all the people to me if a worker does something wrong the best thing is to call him at the office and call him the attention but do not shout in front of all customers my 8 year old son was with me and even he said that the manager was not friendly and was rude to the employee

I'm a working woman! I took my family members to the grocery store at 11:30 he proceeded to say "we close in 20 mins. I said I know then he said "I'm glad you know " then he followed us around talking to his co workers said people come into the store to steal and they use foodstamps. He was very very rude! I will never spend my money there anymore!

So I had seen my doctor, he gave me a Rx which i took next door to Shopper's Drug Mart in Belle River, Ontario to be filled. I waited my turn, handed my Rx to the girl behind the counter who scanned the Rx and entered it into the system. She gave me a buzzer to carry while i waited. After 45 minutes i went and asked if it had come up. She again took my name. After 60 minutes, the pharmacist calls me up and says it is available on the shelf and would i like to purchase. If my Rx was available to purchase off the shelf, WHY on earth did it take an HOUR for someone to tell me? I will NEVER have another Rx filled by this store again. New system? I guess customer service means when we get around to talking to you, after you've bugged us.
When Wilf owned the store, heads would have rolled over something like that.
