Scams when flowers are orders-
Flowers were ordered online from FTD and Bloomsflowers. As you enter your email (so you can get a receipt/record confirmation) and put in your credit/debit card (you think just paying for the flowers & delivery), they claim you have signed up for a membership and charge you every month until you finally catch it and have to call to discontinue the "membership" of course w/no refund of your unauthorized charges. Total scam --if you see Bloomsflowers it is the same thing. You can have many. Shame on FTD. We thought it was a reputable company. I will never order flowers online again ever! From anyone. And shame on the attorney generals who allow this to go on & on.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unauthorized charge on my credit card
I'm usually pretty good at catching on-line automatic enrollments to subscription plans, but somehow I missed one or was unaware of this one. I noticed an unusual $12 charge on my credit card and looked up this company on-line. Needless to say, it looks like I'm not alone on this matter. I'm a bit miffed at this company and would like my money refunded. This practice is not fair and should be illegal.

I just found this on my cc. I'm calling the bbb, but I'm not sure what that will accomplish. What else can we do? I'm filing an affidavit with shoppers discount so I get the full refund of my money (hopefully). These people should be jailed.
