Shoplet.com RCP356988BG

Order # [protected] placed and paid for 20 of above item in late October. Had these drop shipped to my customer and my customer called, upon receiving, to state that there were different sized containers in the shipment. I contacted Shoplet customer service who told me to take photos and send - had to bother my customer to do this - and sent the photos to them. Shoplet issued call tags and said they had to be ready for pick up 11/2 - RA# given is [protected]. Merchandise was picked up by UPS on 11/2 and returned; Shoplet now, however, is refusing to issue the credit owed of $1514.40. I have called multiple times and every time have heard different excuses. They have the merchandise and I want my credit.

Shoplet.com Clorox anywhere

Order a few items from shoplet for my business. I orders clorox anywhere a case of 12 - they did a partial charge of my order as some items were on back order.
Delivery came with 1 bottle of some product I never ordered, and charged me $71.48. Immediately sent the video to them at their request on sept 25th 2020 still no refund beware as this company

Shoplet.com Charging for products not received

On April 16, 2020 I ordered a number of products from Shoplet.com (order #1587062299) a few of which were placed on back order. In May 2020, I canceled my order for three of the products that were on back order because they had slipped even further back from May (initially) to August. I received a partial refund shortly after. However, I had been charged for two sets of Honeywell Uvex Stealth OTG Goggles - S3970D goggles at $19.13 each. that I had not received. I spoke to customer service representatives at Shoplet.com on multiple occasions about this over the next two months. Each time the response was "I will check with the warehouse and send you an email." Each time the warehouse's response was that "the product was delivered." I absolutely stand by my claim that the product was not delivered to my residence. As I work from home full time and rarely leave my home during this pandemic. Also, throughout the time period in question the product showed on my account as still on back order. I would like my money refunded immediately.

Shoplet.com Unauthorized charges and lack of refund

I placed an order disinfecting wipes and mold & mildew remover on april 21. They state that they will not charge your card until an order is fulfilled. They sent the mold & mildew remover and charged my card for the full order. The full order was $124.71, though the mold & mildew removed was only $34.18. On june 25th I reached out regarding the status of the remaining items that were not received and did not get a response. After several outreaches I received a response july 3rd. They confirmed that they should not have charged my card and that they would refund the amount for the wipes within 5-7 business days. It has been over a month and they still have not refunded the money and will not respond to any of my outreaches.

Shoplet.com Bait & switch - buyer beware

I ordered a safe and it took some time for it to ship. I had noticed that the confirmation of sale had the wrong shipping address. I notified them immediately once I received confirmation of the sale (within minutes of the purchase) and I was assured the change of address would be corrected and the item would ship to the corrected address. Needless to say it got delivered to the wrong address. After many calls to their customer service they agreed to cancel the sale and they had me reorder the safe. Which is what I did. The new order once again took two weeks to ship and no tracking information was available. When it finally showed up it was the wrong safe and damaged. I contacted customer service and they stated that they were probably out of stock and sent this model as an equivalent. It was the same brand but the lesser expensive model. How they think this is acceptable is unconscionable. The customer service representative said they would send me a return label. Its been three days and no label. This is a horrible company to do business with and any company that would send a product of lesser value as a replacement is deceptive and dishonest. Items should be listed as out of stock.

Odered this item on [protected], order# [protected]. Account # [protected].
Shoplets charged me the $63.88 (with shipping of $4.18). I have not recieved my order, I dont get a response from 2 emails sent to them. I cant get anyone to answer the phone numver provided of [protected]. My password will not work on their site...
I want a refund now!
Im being ripped off!

Shoplet.com Customer service online order

I placed an order and received an email the following day that the order has shipped. 3 weeks later still no product. I called and was told she would need to check with the warehouse as to where my products were located and that she would call me back. No call back, so I called 3 days later and blah, blah, blah, we will need to submit to purchasing a reorder and will be processed the following day. I sent 6 emails to customer service and no response there at all. 2 weeks later, still no product, so I called again, same person answers every time. Blah, blah, blah, problem, blah, blah, blah, wrong warehouse. Enough, just cancel it, refund me. My total was 31.29, I received a refund of 18.85. Is there anything this company can do right. Absolutely not. Do not order from this place!

Shoplet.com Theraputty

In mid-September I made the mistake of ordering Cando Theraputty from this company. A few days later I received an email from them confirming my order and giving me a date spread of about 15 days by which time the product would be delivered to me. That date came and went without my having received the Theraputty. Patient by nature I decided to give them a few more days. In the interim I received a notice from an Internet order reviewing company asking me to review my experience with Shoplet.com. Tempted to write a negative review I held off again. By mid-October it became clear that something had gone wrong so I attempted to contact Walmart as it was on their website that I had placed my order...apparently Walmart acts as an online agent for Shoplet. Despite repeated attempts to contact Walmart I never received a reply. By early November it became clear to me that I was never going to receive the Theraputty despite the fact that Shoplet had charged my Visa card the full amount 6 weeks earlier. So I contacted my credit card company and was told to call the phone number beneath the itemized charge on my bill.I followed their instruction and spoke with a Shoplet Customer Representative. He was unable to determine what had gone wrong. He promised to call back the next day but it took 3 days before I heard from him via an email which said that something had gone wrong and the warehouse did not receive my order. He then asked if I wanted to resubmit the order. Having invested several hours investigating this mess I was hesitent to cancel and so asked him how long it would take to receive the Theraputty if I should resubmit the order. The next day I got an email from him saying that the Theraputty would not be in stock at the warehouse until November 30!

In other words a product ordered in mid-September would not even be ready for shipping until more than 10 weeks after the order was first placed. Needless to say I canceled the order after informing the customer rep that my dealings with his company had been The worst shopping experience of my life! ... and I am 70 years old!

Shoplet.com Product was switched

I ordered a printer but received a cheaper model that looks the same but functions very differently. Contacted the company and they refused to take it back even though this was a problem they created. After reading all of the bad reviews and even one from a former employee who said they write "bogus good reviews", I know to NEVER, EVER purchase from them again! BUYER BEWARE!

Shoplet.com Email scam, email not removed, item not received

In July, I told Shoplet that
1. Items purchased through Walmart *do not allow them* to add me to their email list
2. Remove me from their email list
3. Item was not received

Since then,
- I was removed from their email list
- I, of my own accord, did not pursue a refund at that time

Today
1. I am suddenly back on their email list

Apparently, Shoplet did not take me seriously, so I am going public.

Alert: Do not purchase from Shoplet. Tell Walmart if you too are receiving unsolicited emails after a Shoplet order.

Shoplet.com undisclosed restocking fee

This is not a review on the product quality I purchased, which is good, but on Shoplet customer service.

Beware! Return items at your own risk. I was charged a very high restocking fee (do not trust the policies you'll find on the site of a 10%) as you will be charged with the return shipping.

After chasing customer service for 6+ weeks I got my refund: a $6.12 refund for a product $15.65.

The reason: According to their customer service, I was charged for the amount paid for the freight costs to and from your shipping address - a policy NEVER MENTIONED on their site or during my email exchange with them.

Never again!

Shoplet.com 7 week late bookshelf

I ordered a bookshelf from walmart.com. I was billed the next day and sent a tracking number. The order was placed on August 4th. I had to call shoplet.com three times and was told they would call Sandusky. I received an email stating that Sandusky was backed up on orders and that my bookshelf would not arrive until Sept 28th. This is unacceptable. Clearly I need the shelf and walmart.com and shoplet.com keep pointing the fingers back and forth at each other. No discount, just a "You can cancel your order." They both suck. I didn't appreciate the run around, and will no longer use either site for purchasing items. If anyone knows who I should speak to, please e-mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com. This was a disappointing experience.

Shoplet.com Awful customer service!

Anyone using Shoplet.com be aware! This company is one of the biggest con-artists around. They have shorted me on every order I have ever placed and then they back you into a corner with policy. Their 5 day dispute timeline is a prime example of their extreme lack of customer service. As I told them, that's the last time they try to rip me off! What has happened to good ole customer service? I believe it has died a slow miserable death, online.

Shoplet.com theft of financial information

Beware doing business with Shoplet.com. Thousands of customers have had their credit card and other financial information stolen after ordering from Shoplet.com. Shoplet.com was hacked December 20, 2012, but waited until March 26, 2012 to notify customers. Our credit info was stolen in December 2012, and we've spent months dealing with the fallout from a single order with Shoplet.com: filing police reports, canceling credit cards, putting fraud alerts on our credit reports etc. Shoplet didn't even offer the standard one year credit protection services, but instead gave customers a fake hotline number that doesn't answer and a measly 10% off coupon. This is a substandard company that failed to encrypt customer data and failed to invest in an adequate firewall to protect it's customers.

No information was obtained which would enable any unauthorized individual to make changes to your credit report. We do want you to know that we have taken numerous steps to restore the security of our website, including moving our database to a more secure zone and routinely verifying that the website is compliant with Payment Card Industry security standards. Shoplet.com Ordered product not shipped

I ordered some tools from Sears.Com Narketplace web site to be sold by Shoplet.com. The web ad said the item was in stock for shipment. My credit card was charged the next day. I received an email advising the ordered had shipped 4 days after the order and listed a UPS Tracking Number. Weeks later I have not received anything. The Tracking Number is not valid, Shoplet.com will not respond to my email inquires, telephone inquires get a "I don't know, I will check with the warehouse and get back to you". This is the worse company I have ever ordered anything from. Do not lose your money by ordering from them.

Shoplet.com No credit has been issued

I purchased a monitor stand on 12/31/2010. When I received it it was not the correct size. I was advised to return the item on RMA #[protected]. The item was returned on 1/11/2011 via USPS to Jonestown, PA 17038, zone 5 parcel post, 5 lbs 9.20 oz $10.94. As of this date a credit has not been issued to my credit card. The return info said to allow 15 days for processing of returned merchandise. I am writting to you on March 30, 2011 and as of this date a credit has not been received. Please issue my credit . Thanks.

Shoplet.com Fraud Scammers

I accidentally ordered the wrong item from Shoplet and immediately contacted them to cancel it. But no they couldn't cancel it because they said it was processed already. NOT even shipped. So now they say i have to reject it when UPS tries to deliver. This company has terrible CS and doesn't know how to cancel a simple order. Do NOT buy from them.

I received the wrong size product. Have emailed them through their website 3 times and received no response. The website says there will be a restocking fee. I have heard of this for large items and electronics, but my item is small and weighs about 1 pound. At this point, I am now concerned about additional fraud/theft to my information, given the other complaints about this operation. They must know how c****y they are, since when you use the link on their follow up email that asks how you rate their company it takes you to sales and there isn't a way to actually enter a review. Who has time for this? I don't!

Terrible service! Stay away from Shoplet. I received a defective item. I contacted shoplet and it took several e-mails and 2 weeks to receive the required authorization form. I shipped the item back and they received 3 days later. It then took almost 5 weeks, 4 phone calls, 7 e-mails before they agreed to refund the money. Also, the first refund amount I was quoted didn't include sales tax of over $20. Still waiting to see the refund post to my account but I am hopeful. Unless you want to receive defective products and then wait almost 2 months and spend several hours getting your money back I would stay away from this company.

Shoplet.com Overcharge

I placed an order on Shoplet .com for 3 separate items. My credit card was charged the very next day for the correct amount. The items I ordered arrived about a week later. A week after getting the correct items I noticed another charge to my credit card for exactly 2X the original order amount. I immediately disputed these charges with my CC company and called Shoplet.com Customer Service to inquire about the additional double charge. The CSR informed me that is was for an overshipment. I proceeded to tell the CSR I did not get an overshipment and it is against the law to charge a persons CC without their authorization. The CSR said the warehouse took a weight of my shipment before it was shipped and they did overship on my order. The CSR could not explain to me why they overshipped, I still do not understand. Anyway, I only received exactly what I ordered. The funny thing is they never did call or e-mail me to tell me that a mistake may have been made on my shipment, they just went ahead without authorization and made an additional charge to my card. The CSR's will not admit that they made an error and credit my CC for the overcharges. DO NOT buy from these scammers. I will never buy from this place ever again.

Shoplet.com Missing items in order

After using shoplet.com several times without a problem, I received a box missing an item. "No problem, " I thought and called the company. After a couple of weeks, I finally talked to a surly "customer service" rep who informed me that the box weight showed that all items were in it when shipped! Really? How much did those three mechanical pencils weigh compared to the rest of my order. I never got my pencils back and will never shop at shoplet.com. Oh, btw, just try unsubscribing from their email list. I have a half dozen times and, no surprise, received an unsolicited email this morning. AVOID THESE IDIOTS AT ALL COST.

I got an invoice for one price and they charged my credit card a different amount. They never responded to my dozon or so emails and when I called, I was told someone would call me back. This was last year. Never heard a word or got credit for being over charged. Forget getting help from LiveChat

Shoplet.com Fraud

Ordered a couple of toner cartridges online. Site said it was in-stock and would be shipped within a couple of days.

Paid by Paypal, but noticed that Paypal didn't charge me immediately. Pretty strange. I immediately changed my Paypal password.

Got an email from shoplet that the order was going out. It gave a link to check the status. The status page said backordered.

Called shoplet and was told the item was discontinued. Asked them to make sure they cancel the order. She said there was no way for the order to go through since it was discontinued.

An hour later, they charged my Paypal account for over $300 - well after the point they said they were canceling the order.

They have 7 days to respond to the fraudulent charge at Paypal. I'm out over $300 for at least a week.

These people are absolute criminals. You're probably here because you've already been ripped off by them, but if you are smart enough to check first - let this be a warning.

I thought Paypal is a safe way to purchase from unknown companies. That's my last Paypal purchase if it takes a week to resolve a fraudulent charge, and either Paypal or the vendor keeps the money in that time.

Never again!Do not buy! Had to call them 4 times and still no respond. Be aware if you use paypall you can not review the total amount before you check out.
1) Shoplet does not mention anywhere on their site that they charge sales tax in NEW YORK.
2) Even though you use a coupon which the site accepts in your cart, when you check out it diables the coupon with out giving you the option to cancel the order!
3)If you call or email them 5 minutes after you place the order they tell you that the order already has proccessed! SO you are stuck paying the restocking fee or accepting the items or claiming a dispute thru paypal.
4) Called 4 times for customer service and still nothing.

Stay Away, you are better buy office supplies from another site that does business the right way.

P.S. this my first review, I wanted to warn any other buyers that are looking for a good deal online for office supplies.
