Shopkick The points accrual system.

I legitimately bought two items at Walmart which would have netted me 1,200 points . However, when I tried to upload my receipt, they deemed it invalid. So I attempted to upload my receipt again the next day and I got a message saying: "duplicate receipt recognized by Blink." Why go through the trouble of uploading a receipt and receiving points when they are ultimately not honored? The only reason why I bought those items was because of the points I was to receive. I makes me want to jettison Shopkick and go to a different rewards program.

Desired outcome: I want the points that I legitimately earned.

Shopkick Shopkick redeem points

I can not redeem any points I have earned from Shopkick despite having over 59,000 to use. Every time you go in to redeem points they ask to verify phone number and when I put in only phone number I have had and the one connected to Shopkick account it says to enter another one. When I went in to email them my concerns it sent me through same process asking to verify phone number and not accepting it so they do not have to field the complaint. This is unfair to do to customer who has used your account properly and now has been cheated out of rewards and can not even contacted you.

Desired outcome: I want my points redeem for gift cards I have earned properly . The company to live up to their agreement.

Shopkick Payment

To whom it may concern I'm requesting that my $10 be sent to my PayPal, [protected]@gmail.com. Sydney suspended my account because he/she said I cheated but that's not true. It took me hours to get up all those points for that $10. It may not be a big deal to any of you but it is to me. I'm homeless and have been for a little bit now. That money was gonna buy me food and gas. I was stuck on the side of the road with no way to go and nothing to eat because of you. Sydney said I cheated but how can I cheat when the app shows my location for every scan and recipe. I can't show you because he/she deleted the pictures.. I'm not asking for a billion dollars, just the $10 I earned from this app. And it saddens me because I really liked this app but not anymore.

Shopkick walk in points

In Minneapolis beacons not working at Carters, Marshalls, or T J Maxx, for months now. If you see that I bought things or scanned things please give thwack in points. I go out of my way to do this. You end up feeling frustrated and screwed over.I feel that I am entitled to make up kicks.

Shopkick Kicks

Why is it so difficult to gain kicks upon entering an establishment? I went into Carter's/ Osh Kosh on two different occasions and didn't get kicks either day. I was cheated out of 200 kicks. I reported it and nothing happened. Yesterday I went into Marshalls and the same thing happened I was cheated out of 250 kicks that time. I reporter it and nothing happened again. What's the point of reporting if you aren't going to do anything to solve the problem?

Shopkick scamming me out of my points

Look i had 11, 911 kicks yesterday then today you said you added 72 points and 96 points
But my points volume never increased from yesterday. I know you understand basic math and English
Kindly tell me how do you add points today but my volume never increased from what it was yesterday if you add 72 points and 96 points today that means you would add them to the points that I had yesterday and then I should have 12, 079 in points NOT 11, 911

Also I got an email today saying I have earned a total of 147070 in points to date BUT ALL I HAVE SEEN IS 111, 911 in points I have never bought any gift cards other than the 4 for Lowe's totaling 100, 000 in points

Based on the email I got from shop kicks STATING I HAVE RECEIVED A TOTAL OF 147, 070 so far in kicks
That's a shortage of 35, 159 in points THAT YOU OWE ME
THOSE WOULD BE ALL THE POINTS THAT YOU OWE ME THAT I HAVE BEEN DISPUTING FOR OVER A YEAR!
So you owe me 35, 159 in points based on the email you have sent me telling me I have earned a total of 147, 070 so far in points.
AND I NEED YOU TO TELL ME WHAT NUMBER TO CALL FOR GROUPON ABOUT KICKS IM NOT GETTING.

These are all new issues that have happened over the last 2 weeks SO STOP USING THE FACT THAT YOU GAVE ME POINTS 8 months ago!

Shopkick app

I cashed in for $2 Walmart card. I wanted to make sure it worked before I built up too many points. They put the card in my account but did not give me a code to use it so it is worthless. I emailed them twice and have not received anything back from them. I have seen other complaints and just wanted to let people know that this app is not worth using.

Shopkick shopkick

I had over 28, 000 kicks saved up and most recently signed up for Hulu through shopkick to receive 4, 000 kicks for my subscription. The very next day my account was suspended. This app is a scam and takes the commissions they receive from your purchases and misrepresents what you can earn and takes it away from you. After several contacts they claim violations of rules but provide no evidence. A simple google search and searching on the App Store shows thousands of customers with a similar situation. This is a bait and switch and should be banned.

Shopkick Waste of time. And this app is inconvenient.

My sister told me that she has used the app, which she downloaded from the website www.shopkick.com. But the app was so inconvenient, but the description on the website was completely opposite. Basically, I needed to go to the shop and scan random things in order to earn more points. It wasn’t convenient at all. Also it looked strange and I stopped to use the website. This app is complete waste of your time and in result you won’t get any points or gifts.

Several family members have been suspended from this app without an explanation. One email has been returned saying the issue was with scans and walk-in's. First if you reach your limit with walk-in's they will not allow you to get any more until a certain number of days. As for scans. I am sure my 70 year old father with the inability to do a lot of walking got a lot of scans. I have personally found the correct product for my parents and we all scanned the same product in our own apps. The company has gotten popular so now it has decided to kick long time users off. Very unsatisfied.

My account got banned all of a sudden for no reason.I have been accumulating kicks from quite sometime.I jut get an automated message giving rules.I haven't done anything to get my account banned.We accumulate it so much efforts not to get our account banned.At least give us a clear reason why this happens and allow us to at least redeem kicks that we earned no far.Its not fair to us who actually spend time and money to get these kicks.
