Shopee blkshp honeycomb polo shirt (maroon)

Last feb. 16, 2018 I ordered 6 blkshp honeycomb polo shirt (maroon) 3 small and 3 medium from seller blkshp. The package arrived feb. 22 and paid the amt of p1794 but when I opened it there were only 2 polo shirt, 1 small and 1 medium. I chatted the seller and they assured me that they will deliver the other 4 polo shirt. The seller called me (feb. 23) and said that they will deliver it themselves by monday morning (feb. 26). And now (feb. 26) still no items received, so I chatted the seller, he said that because of the holiday (edsa revolution), they wont be able to send the items and need 1 more day. (why they didn't inform me much earlier about that cause of delay? So that I know, that im not worrying that I might got scammed?) but today is the last day of my extended shopee guarantee. If they still wont be able to deliver the missing items tomorrow (feb. 27), I would like to refund my payment.

Shopee refund

The seller send me the broken things and thing's missing . When I ask for solution, the seller not responding me at all. This seller is untrustworthy. I reported to shopee and I already called twice. They said to not worry because I've send with proof and they'll refund the money even if seller dispute but they keep dragging the refund matter. I don't trust shopee anymore. I order on 19th January but today is 23rd February. I requested for refund on 8th February but today is 23rd neither shopee or seller take concern.
I asked for refund and the seller promised but change her mind after 1 month, she said will give discount for my other purchase and ask me to make offer but when I did offer no respond.

Hi.. Im from the Philippines.. Same situation here!
I purchased usb connector last week, im happy that the seller sent the item immediately. But as the day that the item arrived, I tested it and it didn't work. I tried in many adopter and cellphone, but still it didn't work. I reported it, the seller want me to buy any item again so that they will send the replacement together of it. But i refuse to buy because, the amount that i will pay will become too much.. the another item cost + shipping fee...
i told them that i will sent the item directly so that i will only pay the delivery fee.. but they insist to purchase again.. I reported it also to shopee and waiting for the response.. But I don't trust shopee too anymore.. I will not purchase here anymore.. There is no place for protection on the Buyer.. Unlike to other online shop site..

Shopee defective product

January 4, 2018 i ordered a single electric stove. It arrived 2 weeks after. It was supposed to be a gift for a cousins wedding. I noticed the packaging was not that good. Could be because of the courier. The box wasnt in good form. I then wrapped the item with a gift wrapper so we can give it as a wedding gift. Apparently for some odd reasons we are not able to attend the wedding. After few days i decided to just use the item since we cannot send anymore to the newly wed. Btw, when i packed the box i still have the bubble pack. Didnt remove it. As i open the box i smell something like a burned wire. The item was new but it wasnt screwed and its not assembled. I then pm'ed the seller about the situation and even sent her pictures. She then agreed to replace the item. But until now she hasnt. I emailed the shopee support team and they kept on apologizing and every 2 days they reply back to thr email i sent them and they will always just say wait for another 24-48 hours since they are now in contact with the seller, buy the seller hasnt replied even if i can see her online both on shopee and fb.

Shopee very very poor service of black arrow.

I ordered last january. Successful pick un on january 31. I have 3 order and was picked up on the same date. Ngayon, feb 19 na. Still in transit to parañaque sorting center? Gaano po ba kalayo ang parañaque from the seller's house?! Still in transit pa eh! Tapos nag mag ako, at first nag reply sila. Tapos sunod, di na nagrereply. Seen pa! Ngayon I posted on my wall. Baka naman iboblock pa ako nun? I ordered 8sets of gtec, 5pcs aloe vera gel and a threader. P4000 sobra na ung nabayaran ko. Hindi ko naman makuhakuha ung refund kase dinidispute ng seller. They have the right naman pero kasalanan lahat ng blackarrow! May legal actions po ba dito?

Shopee ps4 games

I ordered PS4 games from "seller". He said that he ships first product then payment. So he sent me pictures the following day that he "sent" me the products with tracking number. The payment method is cebuana lhullier. I payed. He said to wait for 2-3 days. It's been 5 days. Checked tracking number. Can't be found. Sellers Name is Vladimir de Jesus

Shopee lbc/delivery man

Nung una akong umorder na LBC din ang courier hindi nila tnry ideliver but instead tnag nlng nila na FAILED: House closed eh hndi nmn nwwalan ng tao sa bahay... Nung umorder aq next sa ibang seller ng ibang item, nagtry cla magdeliver pero napakabastos ng delivery man ng LBC.. Unang una nag inform aq ahead of time sa seller n walang magppck-up s bahay dahil wla aq ng ilang araw kng pde n idelay mna - pmyag nmn c seller..Ang bastos na LBC nagdeliver at wla nga nagreceive dhil dun ngtxt na wag nlng dw umorder kng walang pera!(i attached the image of the sms) -- sana gawan nyo ng paraan mga rider n walang modo!

Shopee made payment but the transaction was cancelled and my payment was not returned/ refunded

Last Feb. 1, 2018, I ordered a Christmas Village set from bags_forever (seller). The due date for the payment was on Feb. 6, 2018 through SM payment Center ( Dragonpay). On Feb. 6, we tried paying the item through the said payment method but to our dismay we can not get thru due to the system being offline. We then decided to pay it the next day (Feb. 7) as soon as the store opened (10 AM) and the payment was received.

That is why I was surprise when there was a notification stating that the transaction was cancelled about 1:20 in the afternoon. I contacted the seller and she told me that it was Shopee who cancelled the transaction and that she never received the payment.

I know that there was also fault on my part and I'm learning from it. What I hope is to get back my hard earned money. I've already tried to contact Dragonpay about this but there's no reply from them.

Hope you could help me...

Shopee lbc delivery failed/ shopee

Grabe ha di na nakakatuwa ang service nio, nkakapagtaka lang ha laging delivery failed ang status ng order ko sa shoppee! pag alam nila cash on delivery ang option ng payment lage out for delivery ang report ng lbc, false report, incompetent courier, soooo annoying! kaya ang ending sa pag failed ang status ng order ng ilan beses block si buyer ng cod option...

Again lbc twice na posted non - delivery order ko, paulit ulit na lang ang than na nga nila magpadala ng order tpos ganon na nman ang status.. Follow up naman ung order ko ayoko macancel.. Pkicheck na lang yung image screenshot na sinend ko nandon yung tracking#

I ordered items from overseas. I waited for almost 2 months for it to arrive. however, upon checking the status of my parcel. I found out that it was automatically cancelled by shopee due to unidentified seller. how come? I have tried ordering from overseas with the same shop and it arrived earlier (less than a month). the transaction was so smooth. but lately, I found out that the courier did not even try to attempt in delivering my parcel. I was so disappointed, very much disappointed. I was blocked on cod payments due to this imbecile courier. how can shopee help me? it's so unfair to block my account without my fault. I wanted to report this courier. I can't trust this courier. I need those items so bad. I myself was very much disappointed as well as my customers. I hope shopee will take actions to these couriers. and I want my account back. I am hoping for this favorable response. thank you! kaya shopee please do something sa mga courier na to. unfair po sa amin na nag order in good faith!

[censored] na shopee yan hahaha ang bobobo ng delivery rider. akalain mo sumisigaw sa gate baka may makakarinig. sabay nag text, tumatawag daw sya walang sumasagot. OMG may celphone pala di man lang nagmiskol. baka hindi alam ng rider na pwede tumawag sa celphone. paglabas ko 2 minutes after marecieve ko text nya aba nakalais na. tinawagan ko, aba hindi sinasagot yung tawag. tinawagan ko yung shopee ang sabi ba naman idedeliver daw ulit pero sa ibang hindi malamang araw. OMG OMG sunod na pangyayari 24 karat na mura talsik laway tagos sa operator hahaha. ayun pinabalik yung rider. syempre may sangkaterbang mura na salubong din. may dala akong samurai. namumutla yung rider. naawa nmn ako kasi tang ina, payat nakakalbo na, gutom parang madaming anak at plaging inaaway ng asawa ang itsura. Hi. Same complain here. Naghintay ako buong araw kasi may delivery daw today. No delivery happened. Wala ring nag text na courier asking exactly where Im residing. Tapos now status is failed delivery kasi change of address daw AS PER NEIGHBOR. They should have contacted me, the buyer, if they can't locate my house exactly so I could direct them. Pero WALA. LBC please lang. Ayusin ang serbisyo.

Bakit po ganun ang lbc naghintay ako ng ilang araw tas delivery failed twice pa na d naman dumating sa amin.nung una na edeliver naman nila yung isang cod ko tas sa pangalawa failed tas incorrect address na na alam naman ng dileveryman ang bahay namin.ilang oras ako naghintay tinawagan ko pa yung magdadala sabi baka natabunan ng bagong dating.tapos ngayon return to origin?pano poh yan?

Shopee items received are lacking.

I would like to complain the online store: franco. Shop at shopee.. The items received are lacking and I already paid the exact amount of the item fully to the courier lbc integrated on cod payment. Out of the 9 items I ordered, I received only one, which is the 3-in-one. High quality men's sports fitness suit/short. The 3 pcs jogger shorts and 5 pcs beach shorts for men was not included in the packaged I received. Please do an immediate action regrading this matter. I am totally disappointed to the seller. I hope shopee will help me solve this problem. Thank you.

I would like to report seller christ.ph. Theu sent me incomplete and wrong item. I should receive 8 items, i only got 3. Missing items are 4 lipsticks and 1 eyeshadow pallette. Incorrect item, i order final finish matte loose powder, they sent me highlighter powder and there is no puff inside.

I was about to received 16 curtains fron the seller (higoodstuff. ph) 8 blue and 8 yellow curtains for the amount of P2, 150. What was delivered by BlackArrow Express today was only 8 blue curtains but the delivery boy collected the amount of P2, 150. I ran after the delivery boy and told him that what was delivered was lacking so he told me to complain at shopee. Please tend to my complaint immediately I cannot accuse the delivery boy or to find out whose fault or the seller is a scam. Thank you and Godbless

Shopee magic underarm whitening deo

I ordered 3pcs of this product from josbeautitas28 and I deposited the payment of p450.00 including the shipping fee to bpi. I waited for the order to arrive on the date that it was supposed to. After a couple of days after the deadline, the order was marked as completed but I did not receive anything. No product at all. Now, it has been more than 3 weeks and no item was delivered to my house. I do not want to order anymore, just please give my money back. Thank you!

Shopee the items I ordered on shopee for the seller superseller

I ordered the items on 01-25-2018, when i placed the order, i noticed that, the item will be received on 03-02-2010, the seller did not informed me that the item, i cancelled but the sellet did not allowed the cancellation. I will not pay the item if ever it will arrived on the said date it will be delivered. The seller already told that it was cancelled and i will not pay for it.

Shopee bank transfer

Dearest sir or madam,

I am writing in regards to the proof of online bank transfer. I have been using the screenshot of the dbs app as proof that I have transferred for the past two years and no problems have arisen. Recently, when I uploaded the screenshot of my online transfer proof shopee rejected it due to there being no date in the screenshot (picture will be uploaded). However, all my other screenshots that have been approved did not have any dates on them. In fact, I had two transactions on 7/2 afternoon. Both using the screenshot of the two different transactions and both do not have any dates on them. One of them was rejected because there was no date on it while the other was accepted even though there wasn't a date on it either. Due to the fact that I have transferred online, the only evidence I have of it being transferred is the screenshot. In the screenshot, there is clearly the transaction number that can be used to trace if I had transferred as well as the date of it. Therefore, I messaged shopee's inquiry email to seek for their help hoping that I can get either a refund of my money that I have transferred or a confirmation of my transfer of money for the product that I have ordered. To my dismay, the shopee service staff Amirrul told me to follow the instructions and post a picture of proof with the date on it. How am I supposed to do that when I have transferred online and the best proof I have is a screenshot? Does she expect me to transfer the money again via dbs bank and get a printed receipt? This would mean that I would have transferred twice while only receiving one order of goods? I am extremely upset and angry at her reply as though tracking down a transaction number for me would kill her. My other transaction got confirmed via the same method of screenshot so I do not see why this will pose any problems for her. I am extremely appalled by shopee's poor quality of service. Is shopee going to cheat my money away by not approving my order and not even refunding me my money? This kind of service should not be provided to any person in the world as it's fraud. Shopee is a fraud. I hope that I can receive my money back soon or at least get my order confirmed if not I will have to take matters to my own hands and it will not be pretty. I hope that no one else will have this problem in the future and that shopee improves its poor quality service.

I am uploading four pictures, two of which is proof that I have two separate transactions and the other two are pictures of one of my orders being confirmed while the other is rejected.

Shopee unfair seller system of shopee

I will raise concern about the buyer's no payment, cancellation request & those who doesn't want to receive the parcel, because it is VERY UNFAIR TO THE SELLER'S END if the parcel will just return to shipper and payment will be refunded to the buyer (if he/she made a payment to Shopee).

Shopee's current penalty is to the buyer that has failed delivery attempt is just 'Cancellation of COD grant and lower the performance rating of the buyer' which is NOT ENOUGH because some sellers doesn't have the enough capital to maintain and keep the stock for the returned item.

What if the capital for the item is very expensive? Instead of getting a small portion from the expensive capital for the item that is for sale, the seller will be stuck from the situation. #tulogpera #hindipakumita #badsystem #unfair

Second issue, shopee's partner courier has many delays in shipment which is very frustrating from the sellers and buyers. We, as sellers, always email shopee for the follow ups of the parcels that are in-transit or delayed. ***Sellers doesn't have the way to control the fastness of their delivery so we ask the buyers to have patience or buyers also need to raise the concern regards with delayed their delivery system and not updated delivery status via shopee account.***

Calling out others to raise a petition to close down Shopee if the issues are not solutionable and continue to arise.

Shopee my item not received yet.

I had order item from shopee website on 23-12-2017 and had make payment on same date but until today 3-2-2018 its 1 month plus i still haven't received my item. I understand than my item is pre-order 2 weeks times but yes its more then 2 weeks its come to 4-5 weeks and no news for my item. And pls remind your seller not to use stupid abx post service its make your customer wait too long time. I had call shopee customer service 2 times but still no response for my item. Please return my payment as soon as posible. Tq so much. and i understand that my item had reach kuching abx facility on 18/1/2018 but why they haven sent it to me yet today is 3/2/2018. it take 2 weeks and not received it yet

Shopee black arrow shipping

I have scheduled this particular order to be picked up by black arrow twice, on the 24th and 25th. 24th failed due to "item not available" but the item is with me. No rider came to pick the item up. I complained and had the pickup scheduled on the 25th. The rider texted me to leave my item in the company gate which I did. Again, no one came but tagged the pickup as consignor not available. This is ruining my business. This shows how unreliable black arrow is and your negligence on letting this thing happen. I am not happy. This is the 4th time this happened to me. You are unreliable. I lost 4 constant customers because of this. I am losing money. And you people better fix this.

I ordered in shopee and my order should be deliver before 11/04/2018 but the Item was not deliver and when I checked my order its being returned. How competent is your employee? Is this how you run a business? Please do something about it.

Shopee they didn't come but said our store was closed

so I made an order on shopee and got a notification that it will be delivered today so ive waited for it. it never came I check at the app again and it said that the delivery was fail cuz our house was close. how is that even possible. we are open even in sundays. the address that i've given is a store so it is always open and its the first time that this happen. trucking number is [protected]-TCPW

Shopee motorcycle e bike canopy cover

This is what I sent to them last January 9, 2018:

Hello! I purchased an E-bike canopy which I received last Dec 30, 2017. I tried putting it up today but there is one part lacking (front steel support) and the other stick is short (plastic support). I am asking for these parts so I could already put it up for use. I am hoping for a favorable response on my request.

But until now, I did not receive any response.
I sent copies of the pictures of what are lacking but til now they have not replied.
I tried to find ways to contact anybody for my complaint to be addressed but there is no portion in shopee website where we could have it. Not until I searched today.

Shopee too much shipping fee or product charges

I think I was scammed by easonqiu (username of the seller on Shopee). I ordered different items of different prices from the same seller. To avail the free shipping fee, I made sure that all items that I ordered will cost up to 500. I never knew (since I am only new there) that each item ordered has also its equivalent/corresponding shipping fee. I asked the seller about the shipping fee but he/she never answered me in regard to it. So I assumed that I'll get the free shipping fee as stated by shopee. When some of the orders arrived and were delivered to my house, (some because I still have some orders to be received) I was shocked because I paid a total amount of 311 pesos. 101 for the prices of products and 210 for the shipping fee. If this is the case, then I have to pay for the other orders that are yet to come higher than what I expect. I just want this to be clear. If ever what I suspect is true (that I was scammed), then I want a refund for the excess money I paid.
I hope this complaint of mine will be given attention. If you may, I need your response as soon as possible. Thank you!

Nahhhh! For me, I ordered one item worth 535 which is suppose to get free shipping but ended up paying 635 when the product came. Had me paid 100 pesos for a supposedly free shipping transaction. How is that?
