Shopee unethical behaviour

Hi,

I'm lodging a complain against shopee and the scammer who cheated my money.

I received the item I ordered from shopee however it is not the size I ordered. The seller name is @sideman.sg, so I texted him asking for an exchange because he sent me the wrong size.

[28 Sep 2018]
Seller replied me ask me to exchange them without telling me where to mail it to for an exchange and when he's gonna sent me my item.

In between I have been texting him and he did not reply even though he was online.

Hence, I decided to contact shopee for further assistance because the seller have been ignoring me. The first time I emailed shopee was on 27 Sep 2018 and someone from shopee team called Faiz assisted me, informed me that he/she will get back to me within a week as they have to liaise with cross border team and it will take some time. However, Faiz did not get back to me.

I emailed shopee again and someone called Sci Lam assisted me and also said the same thing as Faiz need a week or so because China is having holiday etc. However its been more than a week and I did not get any replies back from shopee.

From a buyer perspective, I believe shopee should protect the buyers from scammers from their shopping site even though it might be tough but there should be some sort of protection as they are a shopping platform and if they cant protect their buyers then why do buyers need shopee as a third party to purchase their item.

I'm only a student and even though the amount I lost may not be huge towards shopee or the seller but it is quite a lot to me and I do want my money back. Today, it's the third week and I still did not get any reply from the seller nor shopee I'm very disappointed and frustrated hence I'm writing this complain hoping to get help from someone.

Anyone who is seeing this please do not ignore like what shopee team did and the seller. I'm the victim here and just hoping to get my money back and nothing else.

Shopee lcd writing tablet

Shopee is a terrible online selling platform especially when it comes to returns. I bought two LCD writing boards, and the other one is defective. I already gifted the other one to my student and asked the seller if I could return the damaged one. The seller was so rude, didn't even apologize. And told me that I should return the two LCD tablets because there is no way of making the return (which I should do at my own cost) if I don't return both of them. I think Shopee should really think about how to make the return process smoother for buyers. This seller, @smartlifeph is an awful seller.

Shopee adult unicorn onesie kigurumi pajama

Hello, I would both like to file a complain as well as ask for any confusion to be cleared up.

I recently ordered a sleepwear from a seller, and I decided to cancel it because I found another alternative. I messaged the seller about this and apologized profusely. However, they refused. I asked why they rejected my request to cancel the order, and their response was to get me a 'bad record' so I won't be able to order with Cash on Delivery. I apologized once more and requested them to cancel it, but they refused to, stating that next time I shouldn't have disturbed them.

Is there any way for me to cancel the order? And can I be assured that they won't use my address to take advantage of me?

Shopee vaccum cleaner (robot)

My order number is [protected] on 16sept 2018 and arrive on 1oct 2018.
This is 100% scam online sales... Which salea items was 100% changed as they sell online.
It is small money rm389 as for me. Maybe for them is big amount.
If the supplier cant do this sales please dont do it.. Why must do scam bisnes. If u r capable scammers do something high amount not this 1time bisnes with small amount. Right uncapable...

Shopee unethical behavior by the seller

I placed an order for Baptismal Ref Magnets from Ms. hazeldeguzmanconstantino of Kawaii Creation as of 09/17/2018, she recommended an LBC delivery instead so I can receive it faster than the usual delivery time. So I cancelled my order from your site then placed it instead on to her email address as per instructed by her. The agreed amount for 40 pcs (15.00 each) was supposed to be Php 600.00 + Php170.00 LBC delivery charge since it was COD.
I received the order 09/21/2018 but I was surprised that the amount went up to Php 1, 070.00 instead of just Php 770.00 so I texted her immediately and she said that the amount was supposed to be for a different package and the sticker was wrongly written so I should take the package instead of it being returned and she will refund the difference of Php 300.00 so I agreed and paid.
Come 09/22/18 she sent me a message showing a tracking number from LBC door to door cash delivery but until now 09/28/2018, I haven't received anything yet from her. The last time she sent me a reply was 09/26/18 at 9:56am saying that she has a scheduled shipment that day and will follow up on it from the said courier.
But since then she never replied to my messages any longer.
I was scammed and I wanted to complain about her unethical behavior since I am afraid she might have done it to other customers already and planning to do the same to those that can't comment on her rating page since the orders were not from Shoppee.
Please try to sanction the said seller since she made me have less confidence of ordering products here and transacting online.

Shopee courier (black arrow express)

Shopee is a great avenue for online shopping but I have encountered with the courier (BAE). Not only was this my 1st time buying in shopee, but the courier gave a disappointing experience not only to me but also the seller. They made a mistake but it was still me who should make a way for their mistake. Please consider having a better courier since BAE has a very low rating as well on FB, which means many people have experienced the same experience I just had. Thank you, shopee, hope you listen to the reports as well.

Shopee logistics

My order was cancelled by the logistics team on September 28, 2018 finding fault in my address. Said excuse is not acceptable since i was able to receive a total of 2 packages from my shopee orders that same day.

I waited for any sort of contact but they did not even bother to call or text me to confirm.

I am filing this complaint because i was so inconvenienced with the said cancellation.

Shopee rude delivery personnel

I received a call from LBC that I have a delivery today, he said "asa labas kame ng house ninyo" then I replied "okay kaso wala ako sa house today" the personnel said "kaya nga eh so, pano?" then for me to make a conversation lang " I said, dapat before kayo mag deliver dapat nag nonotify kayo a day in advance kase minsan umaalis kame sa house ng maaga as early as 5:30a, para din pala kayong Lazada. " then his tone of voice got changed and he is talking to me already in a very RUDE way " baket ano ba sa tinggin ninyo samin?" i replied "what do you mean? " the conversation got heated until he said some foul words like "wala akong pakielam kahit buntis ka o makunan ka" "why are you talking me english, you are just a fu*c*k*%ng filipina" then i asked for his name he doesn't want to give his name, but fortunately I got his # na ginamit niya pang contact. This guy is from Marikina- Cainta Delivery team. Is this the service you provide? Wow! Galing nyo lbc

Shopee shipment issue

I've ordered an item last sept 09 and it was almost 1 week still di parin nag uupdate ang shipping track niya at diparin dumadating mag 10 days nah.. I hope you will give an attention in my case I've waited for how many days and I've never complain to the seller kasi hindi naman sila ang nag deeliver na dapt yung 10 days nayun 4 days lang nakarating na saakin yung item..

Shopee travel luggage

I strongly complain about the refund/return policy of SHOPEE.
3 weeks ago I received the travel luggage damaged.
LMhaulier doesn't support free return to SHOPEE.
So I returned the damage item via LBC at my cost to SHOPEE warehouse (3weeks ago).
Complaints many times to SHOPEE support to not avail till today.
So again I'm requesting the refund of the item and the shipping costs authorized by SHOPEE support.
(Copy of invoice was sent to SHOPEE)

Shopee "shipment delays"

18 days in-transit since August 28, 2018.

I am confused. My item ships from Barangay 15-B (Pob.), Davao City and your website says that it's currently in transit to BAE Sorting Center Parañaque when my shipping address just 225 km away from the seller.
Why would the courier ship the item 1, 504 kilometers away from the seller to Parañaque BAE and another 1, 672 km from Parañaque to my shipping address?

Shopee the items is arrived but didn't delivered

I bought some items from shopee and the seller use abx to send the items. I have track the items arrived where already. And its show arrived in kuching already. And its been arrived kuching for few days already and yet still delivered out. The items will be due to the delivered time already. Please take some action on it. If abx facility know the its is public holidays then should sent it out early. Cause the items arrived the facility before the public holidays not during public holidays.

Shopee flash deals for 22:00 today at sept. 9, 2018 fail add to cart

There's a HUGE problem in Shopee right now. I tried to add an item in Shopee Mobile app but I can't add any item in the cart and it always fail. I tried to use my laptop and open shopee.ph in chrome and again I tried to ADD any item in the cart but still it fails. I can't add any item to cart. It always fail everytime I add an item from the flash deals. And actually it happens to almost all of the items in shopee. Please fix this. The flash deals is running right now and I think almost all of the people who's using Shopee is getting this error as well. Please fix this. THANK YOU

Shopee mamy poko pant

I have ordered for mamy poko pant through Shopee (order no. 18082421217R1X0) which has not been delivered at all and the Shopee confirm the order completed without confirmation from customer. The seller cheated so many customer through the same manner, but Shopee didn't take any action for the same. I have seen all the customer rating with the same issue that product has not been delivered and Shopee has confirm the same as order completed. I have mail so many times for the issue but Shopee is not replying at all. I hope posting my issue in this can help me finding the solution for my problem

Shopee pillow

I would like to file complaint against seller tgshy1.ph for posting an item and then later said that they dont sell the item anymore. This issue was very frustrating and disappointing since I'm going to buy the item. I just asked them how long is the shipping time. And after asking them why the price gets higher than what it is before, then gives me the attitude of saying they didn't sell the item anymore? Why posting it in first place if you dont have the item? I'm a legit buyer here in shopee. Please do some action about this. I hate getting excited about buying stuff and get frustrated right after knowing that them item is not available.

Shopee honor 9 lite

I have ordered 3 Honor 9 lite for RM 1322 on 19th August 2018. As i need to leave Malaysia permanently on 22nd August, i cancelled the order as the expected delivery date is 27th August. Buy they declined the cancel request and insisted me to receive the product even when I am not in the country.
Later i got an email from shopee team stating that the product had been already delivered to some one called CHOLES in the shipping address i gave. Unfortunately there is no one called in that name in the address i gave.
Now i am in india and i can't receive the product at any cost.
Now both seller and shopee team cheated my 1322 RM.
Is there any consumer court to resolve this issue.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD PORTAL SHOPEE.
