Shopeeservice for refund

i have reply email for submit refund on 15 Jan 2019 4.06pm, no reply from shopee at all, then call customer service on 22 Jan 2019, shopee agree to re-send the email, but didnt send at all.

Call again customer service on 23/01/2019 11.20pm, they ask to re-send the email, I have re-send n request them to reply an email said ady receive or not, the customer service refuse to reply with the email & said they wont reply any email. I need to call back them again for confirm receive or not receive.

when i call customer service, i choose chinese, but always route me to malay or english operator.
