Shopee Scammed

Was trying to find a gaming cpu for a reasonable price and saw someone selling for 5000 php i was a bit hesitant at first, But bought it . The seller said to pay at 7/11, After paying the seller said that it would get picked up the next day by Ninjavan and would be delivered in 3 - 5 days . I asked for the tracking ID, to which he no longer replied back . 3 weeks have passed and nothing happened .

Shopee flash drive 1tb

I ordered a flash drive with 1TB capacity. Pero kapag nag exceed na ng 8 GB ang kanacopy ko corrupted na lahat ng files. Hindi kaya mag carry ng up to 10 GB na files. So what's the point na 1TB ang flash drive pero 8 GB lang ang kayang i-handle na fiels? Wtf shopee [censored]ing qualities.
Hindi lang yun madami akong inorder at halos lahat hindi mo mapapakinabangan ng matagal! Please delete this kind of website or "online shopping web"! [censored]ing sellers, its good in a picture but in actual reality the quality is missing.!

Shopee customer service malaysia

Hi
Did a purchase of inflatable car bed and dont have a problem with the seller but with Shopee customer service Malaysia itself. I had make a payment for my purchase but the Shopee rejected it and demanded for a new receipt because the receipt is invalid.
I did called the customer service like 10 minutes before i write this complaint and asks the person from customer service why my receipt is invalid since i had like buy from shopee more than 5 times and i'm used the same method/screenshot and upload it to the shopee but the answer is not helping.The person rudely saying that the receipt is invalid and claimed it a bit roughly.
How a person with that attitude can be put in your company front line and dealt with customer with that horrible manner? i'm not that hard, just wanted to know why my receipt is invalid since I'm being using that same method to screenshot my proof of payment in case to avoid other problems in the future. It is so hard to give explanations or just politely says sorry?
I also did emailed to the customer service and i think that it is better for me to write than to speak with no manner person and claimed that she is the customer service who is paid to do job but with heartless manner.

Shopee shopee violated their own 'shopee guarantee'

ORDER ID. 18100215055CNGE from seller: maribeth11

I paid PHP1, 250.00 for 125 toilet rolls plus PHP100.00 for LBC Express shipping, I need to be specific when shopping online because it is, literally, only LBC that serve my remote location.

What the seller did was realise their, mistake, that they couldn't ship the quantity for the shipping cost that they offered and without reference to me shipped just 24 toilet rolls via JRS Express at a shipping cost of PHP218.00, regardless that the quantity and shipping cost are wrong JRS shall never deliver to me because they do not serve my remote location.

After some ten days I observed that the order of 125 toulet rolls had been tagged as 'Order Received' but according to Shopee's Guarantee:

"Shopee Guarantee protects users by withholding the payment to Sellers until the Buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the Buyer accepts the order, the payment will be released to the Seller."

This has been going on for three weeks already, the seller maribeth11 just keeps fobbing me off with excuses whilst more recently Shopee's so called Customer Service are declining to reply to my emails and they have blocked my online chat facility whereas I can no longer communicate with the seller, I guess that Shopee took offence to my suggestion of fraud whilst I remain PHP1, 350.00 out of pocket.

The order has been tagged received because maybe you didn't extend the shopee guarantee. Shopee only put the payments on hold for a certain period of time and if you fail to extend the guarantee during that period then it will be considered received. This is also a protection to the sellers just like you are being protected for a certain period, it is to be fair on both sides. Maybe you can talk to the seller to just refund the amount you didn't receive or maybe send it again and pay another shipping fee if you really need it and if the seller won't cooperate then that's the time you should call Shopee for help.

That is similar to what Shopee are now telling me and if one continues to read their supposed 'Guarantee' similar is explained however having read this 2nd paragraph of their guarantee many, like me, will not continue reading further, it quite clearly states that the payment will be withheld until the buyer confirms receipt which, with the benefit of hindsight, is a downright lie:

"Shopee Guarantee protects users by withholding the payment to Sellers until the Buyer confirms receipt of the order. Once the Buyer accepts the order, the payment will be released to the Seller."

But Shopee are being unrealistic, they only put a 9 day guarantee on my order which is quite ridiculous ... We don't all live in city centers.

I live in a remote location on Siargao Island, providing that the shipment isn't prohibited for shipment by air and provided that the seller dispatches promptly it shall travel the first overnight from the LBC branch to their hub and to Manila Airport, probably the next day it shall fly from Manila to Butuan airport and then to LBC's hub in Butuan, perhaps another 36 hours later it shall travel by truck to LBC's Surigao City hub, another day shall go by whilst they recognise that it is for forwarding to Siargao, then subject to boat services another day or two to be forwarded to Siargao's solitary LBC branch and then a further one or two days for a sub-contractor to deliver it, I regularly shop on Lazada and to receive an order within 9 days is a privilige indeed!

Shopee I am complaining the delivery of other design of clothes that i've ordered with informing or asking me of I like it

I ordered Stripe boho dress Korean #3 #5 #7 but they delivered me not any of the designed posted in shopee without asking me if its ok...just like the other dealer, when the stocks ive ordered is unavailable, they sent a message to asked approval if its ok to change the designed, or if i would love to have their other product...even though the price is so cheap I still have the right to complain because its what ia asked to paid of.

Shopee I didn't receive my product if being, return back to the sender should return my money

Hi There, i order product from shopee, my tracking no. is this EH887913748MY, first of all, im not at the area which my things should be sent for a week, so then i not received any call or sms from pos laju, but then i received message from the sender, then i said to him i couldnt take the thing for now, will take it after 1 week, then no response, the day i went to pos laju, they said my thing already return back to the sender. then i ask the sender to send back to me, then he said got additional charges for it, ok then i said nevermind just send it, i will pay for it, but then he never reply me again. could you please assist for this otherwise please refurn my money, thank you.

Shopee account limited

Yesterday as I open my shop at Shopee, there was a message saying my account was tagged as "Limited Access", ofcourse I was so shocked...so they provided reasons like and to justify my case :

1. Fake order creation
- I need you to give me an evidence on which or in which order I made fake, provide me evidences. For all I know it was the courier who faked my signature saying I have already received the returned item, when in fact I did not. I was even willing to give you CCTV footage on what date and time was that signature was taken I even provided you ID's for signature specimens for you to compare, but no to avail..until now almost 2 months already this issue weren't not resolve. Take not the signature that they were trying to show that it was mine was very far from the signature I used and always have been signing.
My products are always on wrong updates and tag, all I ever did was to follow-up, but it seems you have poor judgement of my shop. You should reorganize your team.

2. Voucher abuse
- NEVER DID I USE VOUCHER when buying in shopee, and I only have 3 transactions as a buyer in shopee.

3. Subsidy and rebates abuse
- I DO NOT HAVE SUBSIDY OR REBATES..no to avail..check it from the 3 transactions I had in shopee as a buyer

4. Scams
- Please do provided evidences...or even who is that buyer I have SCAMMED...

I am happily selling on Shopee and making a living for my children, I have clean conscience. I provide for my family and then suddenly this came and alI my buyers can't even search my account and products...it seems it is not a limited access..its like my account is suspended... I want resolution with regards to this matter. I want my shop to be active ASAP...I have mouths to eat, and bills to pay...come on people do your job right!

Shopee flatpricestore

Hi,

I would like to complain Flatpricestore - seller name. I purchase CDL peoduct which cost RM 188, the seller took for 3 months, and until now i still not yet receive my goods.
Per understanding from seller, the goods was with Pos Laju & he/she already submit a complain report to Pos Laju.
I request for refund, but seller not allow to do so due to goods already ship out.
I do not want to wait anymore, pls refund to me instead.

Dear Shopee Complaint Center,

I would like to make complaint on 2 things.
1. Your customer Service do not read details before deciding.
2. Seller refused to refund/return money defect dress which I want to return.

The product I have purchased has defect. There was a hole (see photos). After I refused to accept the RM10 refund, Seller has agreed on shopee message to refund but I must return the dress. But on the other hand rejected the request (see chat).

I have asked your customer service to look into this matter but Rafiq said the team decided to refund only rm10.

At the same time, the seller dares to asked me to send back the item after rm10 refund!

I have never agree to accept the rm10 to fix the hole. But your customers service kept saying after investigation, I accepted it!

If I do not get justice on this, I shall take this to consumer complaint.

Shopee unethical behaviour

Hi,

I'm lodging a complain against shopee and the scammer who cheated my money.

[26 Sep 2018]
I received the item I ordered from shopee however it is not the size I ordered. The seller name is @sideman.sg, so I texted him asking for an exchange because he sent me the wrong size.

[28 Sep 2018]
Seller replied me ask me to exchange them without telling me where to mail it to for an exchange and when he's gonna sent me my item.

In between I have been texting him and he did not reply even though he was online.

Hence, I decided to contact shopee for further assistance because the seller have been ignoring me. The first time I emailed shopee was on 27 Sep 2018 and someone from shopee team called Faiz assisted me, informed me that he/she will get back to me within a week as they have to liaise with cross border team and it will take some time. However, Faiz did not get back to me.

[2 Oct 2018]
I emailed shopee again and someone called Sci Lam assisted me and also said the same thing as Faiz need a week or so because China is having holiday etc. However its been more than a week and I did not get any replies back from shopee.

From a buyer perspective, I believe shopee should protect the buyers from scammers from their shopping site even though it might be tough but there should be some sort of protection as they are a shopping platform and if they cant protect their buyers then why do buyers need shopee as a third party to purchase their item.

I'm only a student and even though the amount I lost may not be huge towards shopee or the seller but it is quite a lot to me and I do want my money back. Today, it's the third week and I still did not get any reply from the seller nor shopee I'm very disappointed and frustrated hence I'm writing this complain hoping to get help from someone.

Anyone who is seeing this please do not ignore like what shopee team did and the seller. I'm the victim here and just hoping to get my money back and nothing else.

Shopee lcd writing tablet

Shopee is a terrible online selling platform especially when it comes to returns. I bought two LCD writing boards, and the other one is defective. I already gifted the other one to my student and asked the seller if I could return the damaged one. The seller was so rude, didn't even apologize. And told me that I should return the two LCD tablets because there is no way of making the return (which I should do at my own cost) if I don't return both of them. I think Shopee should really think about how to make the return process smoother for buyers. This seller, @smartlifeph is an awful seller.

Shopee adult unicorn onesie kigurumi pajama

Hello, I would both like to file a complain as well as ask for any confusion to be cleared up.

I recently ordered a sleepwear from a seller, and I decided to cancel it because I found another alternative. I messaged the seller about this and apologized profusely. However, they refused. I asked why they rejected my request to cancel the order, and their response was to get me a 'bad record' so I won't be able to order with Cash on Delivery. I apologized once more and requested them to cancel it, but they refused to, stating that next time I shouldn't have disturbed them.

Is there any way for me to cancel the order? And can I be assured that they won't use my address to take advantage of me?

This is 100% scam online sales... Which salea items was 100% changed as they sell online.
It is small money rm389 as for me. Maybe for them is big amount.
If the supplier cant do this sales please dont do it.. Why must do scam bisnes. If u r capable scammers do something high amount not this 1time bisnes with small amount. Right uncapable...

Shopee unethical behavior by the seller

I placed an order for Baptismal Ref Magnets from Ms. hazeldeguzmanconstantino of Kawaii Creation as of 09/17/2018, she recommended an LBC delivery instead so I can receive it faster than the usual delivery time. So I cancelled my order from your site then placed it instead on to her email address as per instructed by her. The agreed amount for 40 pcs (15.00 each) was supposed to be Php 600.00 + Php170.00 LBC delivery charge since it was COD.
I received the order 09/21/2018 but I was surprised that the amount went up to Php 1, 070.00 instead of just Php 770.00 so I texted her immediately and she said that the amount was supposed to be for a different package and the sticker was wrongly written so I should take the package instead of it being returned and she will refund the difference of Php 300.00 so I agreed and paid.
Come 09/22/18 she sent me a message showing a tracking number from LBC door to door cash delivery but until now 09/28/2018, I haven't received anything yet from her. The last time she sent me a reply was 09/26/18 at 9:56am saying that she has a scheduled shipment that day and will follow up on it from the said courier.
But since then she never replied to my messages any longer.
I was scammed and I wanted to complain about her unethical behavior since I am afraid she might have done it to other customers already and planning to do the same to those that can't comment on her rating page since the orders were not from Shoppee.
Please try to sanction the said seller since she made me have less confidence of ordering products here and transacting online.

Shopee courier (black arrow express)

Shopee is a great avenue for online shopping but I have encountered with the courier (BAE). Not only was this my 1st time buying in shopee, but the courier gave a disappointing experience not only to me but also the seller. They made a mistake but it was still me who should make a way for their mistake. Please consider having a better courier since BAE has a very low rating as well on FB, which means many people have experienced the same experience I just had. Thank you, shopee, hope you listen to the reports as well.

Shopee logistics

My order was cancelled by the logistics team on September 28, 2018 finding fault in my address. Said excuse is not acceptable since i was able to receive a total of 2 packages from my shopee orders that same day.

I waited for any sort of contact but they did not even bother to call or text me to confirm.

I am filing this complaint because i was so inconvenienced with the said cancellation.
