Shopee bad shopping website.

shopee is a disappointing online shopping website. poor customer service and system. i cannot log in anymore to my account..it is always asking for a verification even if your phone has already been successfully verified previously..and even if you try asking for a verification code, , , you cannot receive any code to your phone..it has been a week and I consulted their customer service..they always pass the complaint from one representative to the next..representatives keep on asking the same questions and a week has passed the issue has not been resolved...I am not even sure what is the status of my order..it's been a week..no updates and notification from the seller and website...and a very confusing and too many delivery tracking pages.. If you want a better online shopping website...you should go to LAZADA..

As soon as naiprepare na i took picture pero di naman nag reply agad so naship out ko na, tapos after nun saka nya sinabi na bakit walang tin can, ang sabi ko nakamention naman na walang tin can yun. Shopee organizer

Ive received my order from one their sellers which is 'ulifeshop'. The first one that i have reported is the phone holder since i ordered pink but received purple. They refunded it. However, ive found out that 1 of the bag organizers is damaged. Already sent photos of the damaged item to the seller but they are not responding to my messages. I tried asking help from shopee customer service but they cant do anything! I paid for a damaged item and they don't even fix the issue. They have told me that I should reported the bag with the holder. Thats it.?! Kindly do somehing please. Their policy is so bad!

Shopee bluetooth headphone

Greetings!

A week ago, I ordered an Item from seller otto.shop which was bluetooth headset. A week after I ordered, I recieved the item, the box was not in good condition, when I checked and tried it, the bluetooth wasnt functioning and it isnt connecting to my phone's bluetooth. When I checked it well i noticed some scratches in the right part it. When i return it to the box i saw an engrave words written 'LEFT SIDE NOT WORKING' so i think the item that was given to me was a second handed. When i check on my sisters bluetooth and compared it to mine (because she ordered too week ahead before I did and I use it as a reference for my order) i noticed that the two were different item, her manual was written in english, mine was chinese. and hers is nia-x3 bluetooth v4.2, mine was v4.0, when i checked my order details I ordered bluetooth 4.2 but they gave me a wrong item. And now when i complain to them they required me to send the item back to them, which means i have to spend 200 php for shipping fee, which again I believe that is a very unfair for my side.. Now, shopee, I am asking for your help to solve this problem. I paid the right amount and now just because of their recklessness, ill be the one to suffer and pay 200 php just to get my right item. So DISSAPOINTING!

Shopee defective kingston 124 gb usb & 2tb toshiba hard drive

They sent me defective and inaccurate item that I have ordered. I placed an order and made payment for 2tb storage of usb & 2tb hard drive however both are defective and can't even used it by simply doing copy, paste, transfer files, pictures, movies, songs. None of these are functioning. The usb they even sent me is not 2tb which is only 124gb aside for it being defective. I emailed them for complaint and asking for replacement/refund and they replied the assurance that they will replace the item until after a week they already rejected my emails for follow up and no replacement/refund had happened. I want to file complaint of this seller as they are scammers/bogus and this needs to stop so they can't any customer fraud again by selling good items and shipping it defectively. I have paid 2490 php and I want to refund my money from them but they are not reaching out. I am in need of your help to make a refund. Greatly appreciate your assistance on this matter. Shopee black arrow - tracking # bex6847913754406

Hi,
Since Monday, July 23 and until yesterday, July 24, i am receiving a text from Black Arrow that my package is out for delivery but it never arrived and neither did i receive a call just in case the delivery person cannot find the location of my house. I also tried calling the # who texted me for the status but my calls were all cancelled. I will attach all my proof of sending a reply and calling them and even sent an email asking for the status of my package. Much to my surprise, status now is for Return to Sender on which i was not even contacted but i have been waiting at home so to receive my package.

Shopee clothing

I placed an order with the seller: wonder_shopping.ph on July 10. My expected date that the order will be sent out is on 07/30. The timeframe is already extremely long, but I understand due to different sellers locations and the differences in company logistics. I also understand that the shipping system is terrible in the Philippines. Then I saw this status from shoppe:

Your order is ready to ship from the seller" pa rin as of 7/13.

So i contacted the seller to make sure that these items will be shipped in time. Here is what she said:

"sorry, the shipping time is not out control, hope you understand."

I waited a week longer. However...knowing that my order was supposed to be shipped out on 07/19 by the seller and I monitor my account very closely, The seller contacted me on 7/19. They told me due to their companys logistics it was being delayed and they wanted me to cancel the order and order again. Seriously? This is what they then sent me:

"Due to the shopee policy, if there is no delivery for more than ten days, the logistics will be delayed. Now we can't help you with the shipment. I'm sorry, can you bother canceling your order and reordering?"

I won't. Why should I? Just because the seller cant work out their logistics of the products that they are selling. They just want me to cancel so it looks like it wasnt their fault. They just dont want shoppe to discipline them because they cant meet the requirements. They have actually sent me numerous other messages saying I should cancel because they cant meet the timeframe. Will cancelling and then reordering help me get my products any sooner? What a terrible seller. No honesty or sense of responsibility. Beware!

Shopee printer that I ordered from username petrojoe

Last July 10, 2018, i purchased a printer online from the username Petrojoe and then I paid it last July 13, 2018, over the counter of Chinabank.

The product should be ship, 3 days after the payment has been done however there still no transaction was made.

I contacted the seller to asked the status of the product printer that I bought but still no response. I sent a message again and again, every other day to follow up my order but the seller still not responsive to my questions.

I tried to cancel my order but i changed my mind to purchase the product once more and to some consideration to the seller.

Today, is July 21, 2018 already but i haven't receive the printer that i purchased. I wanted to refund where can I address this concern?

As i investigate, the products being selled by PETROJOE are all copied from other online seller and posting it again to shopee to scam buyers.

Hoping this concern the authorities from shopee could resolve this issue.

Shopee order shipped to zoom courier but “rejected by shopee” on zoom courier tracking history

I ordered via browser on July 9th and paid via LBC the day after. According to the shopee app, the order was already shipped to zoom courier, but when I checked the tracking number at ZC's site, it says the shipment was "rejected by shopee". It had been 7 days and I am thinking the product might not ever be shipped if it continues to be this way. Why was my shipment rejected by shopee? Please fix this, or at least reply.

Shopee service/ disappointed

I would like to formally complain about my experince with OLLIVAN.PH. I wasnt able to recieved one of my ordered phone case so I reported it to the seller. they promised me that they will ship another product so i agree in return I will not report them. but to my surprise I need to pick up ONE phone case to philippine post office. Imagine? form commonwealth to Philippine post office. I rode a taxi from my office just to get there. I waited in que for more than 2 hours and i paid extra 112 pesos for the handling fee. This cost me more and this is very hassle to my part. I am choosing shoppee for convinience not for all of this mess. I am never going to order in the same shop again. i am very disappointed. attached below are my proof of payment and the conversation I had with the seller. Shopee h8 automotive light bulbs

Hi, good afternoon! We have received our order few days back and found out that it is lacking one item. My order number i.d. is 18062222187954B and the seller is trailblazer.ph. In this transaction, I ordered 1 set of h4, 2 sets of led bulbs (h8 and h11), electic wire, carbon fiber vinyl film and car wheel tire stem. Before I completed the order, I communicated with the seller (trailblazer.ph) that i needed 1 set of h8 and another set of h11. They even responded "yes, we will ship asap, dear". So with those words i felt contented and completed with the order. When we opened the package in front of the delivery boy, h8 was missing. At first, we told the delivery personnel that i will not be accepting it since it's incomplete. But because we felt pity on him for the reason that he will be the one to pay it since it was already open, so we accepted it. He told us that he will help in making a follow up with the lacking item. What we did was that i communicated with them (the seller) again telling them that 1 item is lacking, 1 set of h8. Then they responded saying that i only ordered 1 item. 3 minutes later they sent a message saying that i ordered 2 same items. Then 2 minutes later they sent a message stating that h8 is unavailable and that they have updated me. I told them that they never updated me or notified me about it. If they really updated me that h8 is unavailable, then why did they charged me with the same amount 2 times. This is just a small amount but this is about being sincere and true to their words. I kept on asking them for the remaining item they have not included. just this morning, they sent me a message, but only offered a P100 compensation fee.

This people are so stupid that they kept on changing the reasons on why they have not sent the item. the amount was just P266 for a set of 2, it's indeed a small amount but i need the items for that price. I have already sent messages through your site and Richard of Shopee team just don't care.

Shopee iphone 6+

I ordered iPhone 6s + that cost 9, 000, so I texted the number appeared on the chat. Then the seller told me that the item was still available and He hurriedly told me that I need to pay tha half of the amount thru gcash remittance and the remaining half payment will be given if Got the item. So I paid it and the suddenly the seller told me that It's better to paid it in a full amount so that there will be no hussle so I did it I paid the full amount then he always told me that he already ship the item. But there's no item delivered in LBC so I texted him he got so many reason about the delay he said that the said item is a package I should buy the iPhone 6s because it's a package. So I refuse then suddenly he told me that the item was supposedly 12k I have to pay the remaining amount because the item got hold he can't get it to the main seller so that time I already found out that it's very suspicious and I think I got scammed it's been a week already he didn't return my money yet. Please help me get my money back.

Shopee nike shoes/ pher. ph and reggie. shop

I did order 2 nike shoes last june 17 and until now I still hadn't received the product. I chatted to the seller but then she dis not reply my messages. I want to request for a cancellation on that product because I cannot wait for that long. Supposedly, it is a free delivery when it reached 500 purchased product but she still charges me for the shipping fee. I can care less for the charges but at least she needs to make sure that I will not be waiting for that long. It is her responsibility also to reply to messages and give me details on my order. I wanted to cancel the order so I can order to other sellers. I cannot wait anymore for this [censored]!

I cancelled my order due to bad weather and I had a poor internet connection that time so I haven't read my messages.. Then I just found out that the seller banned me and even told me that im a bogus buyer.😱😱 nagcancel lng ng order bogus na?, kaya nga po may option na cancel d po b? Pls nman po wala nman pong siraan.. Im super dismaya po talaga, pangalan ko po nakataya dito pls lng po.. And how can I retrieve my account po.. Thanks..

Shopee black arrow express (rider rodel)

I placed an order on shopee on a make up item at 12:01 am wed jun 27 but there were some problem regarding the item but was resolved by the owner and shopee. Then the item was approved by 1:01 am on the same exact day the parcel was on pick up by 10:02 am then picked up by the courier from the seller by 6:09 pm and recieved at the parañaque sorting center at 6:24 pm. Then the next day thu jun 28 12:37am it was on its way to another hub located in laguna. Then was recieved at the hub by 2:08 am the next day friday. Then today saturday the parcel was scheduled to be delivered so i stayed at our house waiting for it to come but then evening came and no delivery man came to the house. And when i checked the status it is stated the I WAS NOT AVAILABLE. meaning i wasnt present when he came. I waited all week for this and no one came and to make matters worse they update the status to CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE. For years that i have been ordering online this is the first time this happened to me. But it was my first time trying this courier and i could swear this would be the last. I wont order anymore from shopee. After this gets fixed. Im so freaking mad they dont even bother to inform you through anymeans of communication. I added screenshots for evidence. 😂 never knew it would come handy.

Shopee super super super delayed delivery and no real time update or feedback from shopee

I ordered feeding bottles and milk for my puppies from Shopee.ph last June 11, 2018. In fairness to the Seller Pawsitivityph, they sent on time asap the order via xpost integrated/LBC. To be safe I extended Shopee guarantee delivery until June 23, 2018. But past the said date, I called shopee because my item have not been delivered yet. I contacted the Seller, they helped me make a follow up to shopee. I also called shopee and it promised to deliver 3-5 days after. But til then, upon checking delivery status online, still the same pa rin June 14: Order is in-transit. ENCODED AT YAKAL (QTY:1). No update, no feedback from Shopee why item was not delivered. The call center agent told me that maybe because of the bulk shipments via XPost. But considering the fact that it is already super super super delayed and beyond na of Shopee guaranteed date of delivery. I will just order from somewhere else. Shopee has failed to impress me as first time customer. I don't recommend shopee for on time deliveries, siguro if you can wait for so long and your not in a hurry (provided darating pa ang item). My puppies got 4 weeks older now good thing, but I still havent got my orders for them. Thumbs down for Shopee.

Shopee iphone 7 plus

Hai.. good morning..
This is madhurima... I ordered an iPhone 7 plus in shoppee thru a seller whose name is Edward tan.
I was told that I'll get a call from a call agent and I got a call from Tom Pingul. he asked me to deposit 6500 as an advance in 7 eleven and send the receipt back to the email from which I got the barcode. I did so. Later his phone was unattended and I got a call from the team leader named Edward Tan who pretended to be apologizing and made me pay another 6500 in 7 eleven. After 15 min his phone was also not attended. I was informed that I'll be receiving the phone in mactan airport. I lost 13000pesos because of these 2 persons and I did not get my money back. I have all the receipts of the payment and also the emails.. I hope proper action will be taken against people like this.

Shopee powerbank

Hi good eve I would like to raise my concern regarding with the powerbank I bought via cod. Because its indicated in the details that it is original and fast charging. I bought it because it was in the flash deals from 299 down to 189. When the item arrived last saturday first I charged it before I used. Found out that the powerbank is not original
