Shopee refund

I was ordered a mobile cover, after confirmation they said they need too much time then i cancelled my order and ask for refund, they told me for 7 working days but they did not refund me.then i email to them, without any receipt, copy, document they said they already refunded and i have to check. I check my account but no refund added as they mention 28th of February they refunded.well, i contact with my bank. I ask receipt from shoppe if they actually sent the money then they must have the receipt because it must be a bank transaction. They charge me to check again and they ask for my bank history it mean they think i am telling lie and they are too honest.then i send them my bank history, they got and ask for more 5 days. What is this, which type of service is this.they did not refund but they want to check my bank history.they ask for time, they taking time for me.they harresing me.i am too disappointed and i want to take legal action against shoppe.they have no right to ask for my account history.

Shopee delivery man

Please shoppee lahat po ng delivery man magtxt naman sana kagaya dati di yung hulaan kung madeliver or ndi sayo yung item d nila mahanap yung location tapos di marunong kumontak kahit magtxt sana wala tapos kami na tawag sknla wla naman tapos mkkta namin 2nd attempt na or ibabalik na sa seller ano po ba yan..
Ninjavan only lang marunong mag txt sa lahat ng nag dedeliver thumbs up to them sana ganon din lbc at black arrow syang mga order sa free shipping nyo..
Nawawala nag antay ulet bagong free ship para makaorder..

Shopee shipping fee

I would like to complain my recent order as black arrow integrated charge the seller for the delivery which should be free because of the voucher shipping free option and as per the receipt confirming that it was a zero shipping cost.

Below are the details of the shipment:

The shipment also took how many days to deliver. They rescheduled it twice without our confirmation. The dress I ordered is for my baby birthday and it is so important to deliver it as per schedule. I ordered it last March 2 and BAE Cavite received it by March 3 then delivered by March 12. It was stucked there for 9 days and deliver it after I called BAE Paranaque. I don't know why they charge the seller when it should be a free shipping service!

This name is juliet quitoriano she convince this product to buy in this site qui shopie graduation promo start in march 2, 2019 and he believe during in our conversation. She some of details how in buy this product and he post of my account how fill up. And this time he convince to be true so that he fill up this notes or the following on how. But suddenly he order in one unit for this product and in march 11, 2019 he give their money through palawan this time he continue our transaction and communication. He tell this girl ready on processing and shipping for 1 to 2 days she update of me. This time he wait the updating because he trust but one of the day he chat on facebook he shock caused already block or change pass on account and he never send the tex. Thats why I feel afraid of my money and he call this number [protected] again and again or fifty time he did not answer her call. He imagine always my money worth of 3500k. Black arrow declared on march 9, 2019 "pick up failed.

With this, I would like to file a complaint against black arrow integrated, one of your shipper and delivery agency, and on behalf of the consignor, fabricholic.

Black arrow did not pick up the item from fabriholic and yet declared that fabriholic is not available. The truth of the matter is that black arrow never showed up to pick the items above from fabriholic.

Kindly look into this complaint.

May I request that you kindly ban black arrow from your company as there is an increase of complaints against this delivery company.

Shopee courier service (2go)

I ordered items from overseas. I waited for almost 2 months for it to arrive. However, upon checking the status of my parcel. I found out that it was automatically cancelled by Shopee due to unidentified seller. How come? I have tried ordering from overseas with the same shop and it arrived earlier than a month. The transaction was so smooth. But lately, I found out that the courier did not even try to attempt in delivering my parcel. I was so disappointed, very much disappointed. I was blocked on COD payments due to this imbecile courier. How can Shopee help me? It's so unfair to block my account without my fault. I wanted to report this courier. I can't trust this courier. I need those items so bad. I myself was very much disappointed as well as my customers. I hope Shopee will take actions to these couriers. And I want my account back. I am hoping for this favorable response. Thank you!

Shopee fashion ladies wallet

I order only 1 product but they gave me 2 different of tracking number.now i received the product that not im ordering and the tracking number is match with one of the tracking number they sent to me.the other tracking number cannot track but written there parcel are received but the one that i received is not mine.i order wallet but i received the microfiber spectacles.its totally not the same product.they send me wrong product.already contact the seller but they said it a wrong dispatch from warehouse and will resend the product to me and i said ok and just give me the exact tracking number.but until now no answer from them.just the notification from shopee they will send the payment to seller because there is mention item received but i dnt even receive my product.yes i did received item from that cmpany but that is microfiber spectacles..its not mine but shopee mention that i received my product..how come?i want my money back...shopee pls be strict to ur seller.take action on any complaint..i already done the report for that company but until now like nothing SHOPEE can do to their shopee user or customer..here the pic of the tracking number they send to me but i only order 1 product got 2 tracking mumber.

Shopee bad customer support & shipment claim procedure

I received the parcel return from poslaju reason is address incompleted. I call to shopee customer support on the day I received parcel, their customer support advice to reship & make claim after send by call & attached the poslaju cn. When I call to make claim, they reject to make claim reason is I proceed to re-ship without shopee knowledge even I attached the call log for their investigation purpose. Means that I have to bare twice shipping cost & sold with loss & bare by myself. I very disappointed to their customer support. How dare I believe to shopee customer support next time?

Early in the morning, seller was msg me why I no change the review become 5 star after they promise to re-send product. My reply sure will give a good review when I received the correct product but not now.
Seller keep msg me and ask me change good review, I was unhappy why the feeling like get force (review is given by buyer when they really feeling happy with the service and product)
I have reply to seller, regarding about review I will follow by my feeling, and ask seller dont keep msg me, I will feel get force and dislike.
Seller cannot get a good review from me, direct cancel the product sending (it was yesterday ask me to pay for extra and re-send correct product)

I was surprise this is seller attitude? When seller are doing a mistake, should settle it for buyer, is not keep like treat buyer must give review become good!

Regarding review part, this is open for every one, should not private msg to buyer ask for change review, this like a deceive consumers.

Between seller and buyer (especially true online platform) should make a good confident relationship, is not simply promise then easy and speedy turn face to customer.

Hope Shoppe can give consumers a good solutions, my company all was take it serious. We all feeling get force and dislike.

We dont mind to make report we get lie and get force to consumers department.

The seller provide bad service and talk to me with bad attitude. As a buyer, I never know that give ratings without give comment considered as irresponsible buyer. The seller also never put people into consideration whether they are busy to reply to your message or not. Of course, I'm very angry with the seller's attitude and I ask for apologies. Till the end, seller replied me back with horrible message as well. I think buyer have the right not to write their comment and honestly the product was not useful just like cheating people to buy.

Shopee ignoring refunds

I bought a tv from a seller acestoreph which had pretty good reviews. The item took two weeks or so b3fore it arrived. Shopee marked it cancelled and lost in transit but I received the item very late though. Unfortunately after the long wait.. 2days after receiving the item it was already showing the signs of defect. It would turn on) off by itself.. It has sounds that were very annoying and so I decided to return it paying the shipping at my own expense just to return it. The seller receives the item and promises to refund. After a week no refund, shopee customer service extends help.. A fake help just full of emaling and promising to ban the seller but nothing was progressing. Until now, I don't have my refund and the seller is ignoring my calls. It's [censored]ty! I am not doing business from this site anymore.

Shopee entre pouch kraft pouches

Good day, I' d like to complain entrepouch for unethical bussiness practice. I messaged their page,
explained that I need to cancel my 200 pouch order and change it to a 100 kraft pouches, to see the actual product and properly add my design/label. I also make sure that the product was NOT yet shipped before I cancelled my order. The following day, I was surprised to see a notification that my item was shipped (late afternoon.)Then a notification of my request to cancell was rejected. I messaged entrepouch but they just reasoned out that they did not saw my request to cancel first and that it was up to shoppee to allow if i can only pay for the 100 pouched instead of 200pcs. (Which means to me that I need to pay for the cancelled items.)Its unfortunate how this kind of tactics are being practice inside shoppee. To me bussiness bullying and unethical practice to profit should have no place in a decent company.
Forcing a buyer to pay for an item that she CLEARLY already cancell even before they were shipped just because the seller failed to do their obligation of checking their transactions and notification first is un acceptable. Customers should not pay for the vendors lack of online order. I preffered shoppee over its rival due to its reasonable shipping price, I trust that your management will also deal with these unethical vendors in a reasonable manner. salamat.

Shopee replacement/refund of faulty product

I ordered a pair of cctv spectacles from a seller on shopee. the product is faulty it does not even power on. Both the seller and shopee keep asking for a test video from the product. I have explained to them numerous times that I cannot send a test video as the product won't power on. But for some reason their limited intelligence cannot understand this. both the seller and shopee are both refusing to refund me my money or replace it. I just got scammed by shopee

Shopee delivery and customer service

This regards to my order that i placed last 3 weeks ago, that item was cancelled today Feb 2 2019. Due to failed to deliver the item and collect payment. I ve been calling for this ever since they tagged the order status as a bad address. First 2 go havent contacted us that the item will be delivered. Second i specifically clear with my instructions that theu need to call nor text me becuase we are living on a flat. In any courier company that we made transaction with it is normal if the person who deliver the item that doesnt know where the exact address will communicate with the recipient of the item WE DONT RECIEVE ANY COMMUNICATION WITH 2go And as for what they stated their 2go delivery guy doesnt have a load on their mobile to send us a text norification nor give us a call, which doesnt make sense to me at all, first why do we need to put contact number if it will be useless anyway. Second your customer service representative doesnt make sense at all responding unaccordingly. Even the supervisro dee didnt know how to have a good customer experience. This is one of the mere reason why the country doesnt grow in progress due to poor service.

Shopee Thailand: Worlds Worst Online Shopping - Zero Stars
After reading the negative reviews below i can only agree 100% with what is being said about Shopee Thailand. Seems like a pattern of SCAMS with deceptive and unprofessional conduct from this company.

My poor experience was as follows, a seller sent me an item completely different to what was ordered. The item they sent was a small cable and not what I paid for which was a wireless mouse.

The seller in chat just said "we sent you the correct item" so it's your word against theirs.

It's basically a BAIT AND SWITCH scam that many sellers on Shopee seem to be doing and getting away with as Shopee just does not care what the sellers are doing.

So long as the seller sends you something (does not matter if it's a box of rocks) the order will be marked as completed by Shopee. You need to understand that once you have paid for an order the deal is done as far as Shopee Thailand is concerned.

No matter what the "seller" sends you or if you have a problem with item if it's defective a REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE from Shopee. They simply don't care about customers at all, the support and ethics of them is the worst that I have ever seen from an online shopping company.

They are happy to take money from a Farang "foreigner", but you cannot get an email reply in English or talk with anyone in English over the phone when you have a problem. They only send generic emails "blah, blah, blah" if you make a complaint about an order to just to WASTE YOUR TIME. They do this because they know that most people will just give up.

Personally, I only lost 450 Baht about 15 USD so it's a LESSON LEARNED, I hope people reading this won't make the same mistake I did and use Shopee. A friend of my mentioned in conversation (after I got scammed) that he had a similar problem with a seller and Shopee once again just DID NOT CARE and it was the exact same recipe of inaction like my case.

Shopee shipping process

Hello and hi,

I just want to make a complaint. This thing happened to me a few time already about the shipping process especially in sibu. Please, don't ever use abx courier service. This company is [censored]tt, they don't want send the parcel to customer, without inform the customer. After 2 weeks, when i call the abx office. They asked us(customer) to collect from their shop. What is the purpose we pay for shipment? PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T USE ABX COURIER SERVICE. I'M MUCH MORE PREFER POS LAJU MALAYSIA. EVERYONE AT SIBU HAS ALREADY COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS [censored] COMPANT.

Shopee service for refund

i have reply email for submit refund on 15 Jan 2019 4.06pm, no reply from shopee at all, then call customer service on 22 Jan 2019, shopee agree to re-send the email, but didnt send at all.

Call again customer service on 23/01/2019 11.20pm, they ask to re-send the email, I have re-send n request them to reply an email said ady receive or not, the customer service refuse to reply with the email & said they wont reply any email. I need to call back them again for confirm receive or not receive.

when i call customer service, i choose chinese, but always route me to malay or english operator.
