Hello I ordered 4 shirts on August 1, 2017 amounting to $86.96(US). Ito now Sept 12 and I haven't not received my order. I got an email that my order was taken from the shelves and packed securely to ensure safe delivery. My order number is DM1402879. Myou nephew is so disappointed in you guys. His batchmates at college in their shirts but not my nephew. He is training to be a teacher and loved the shirts and wants them to wear for teaching practicum. He definitely needs them and this was his money he saved up in Jamaica after working for weeks in the holiday, to buy them. This is so unfair

I did not get any tracking number nor shipping confirmation about this order.
Its been since AUGUST 3, 2017, 5:52 PM that I order this item and did not get any respond.
I spend TOTAL $115.28 for this item and Paid with pay-pal.
I tried to contact them via Email or facebook but no respond, but there posts are still updating on facebook.
I need this item till this 10th of this month or request to be refund for non delivered item.

I placed this order 4/21/17 it has been 4 months and I have not received my order. I have placed many emails to get a refund and no one responds. This website is a total fraud. Do not order anything from this website. Ever! I want a total refund. I gave tried repeatedly to get someone to respond to my emails regarding my order and no one had responded in 4 months and I still have not received my order.

It has been over 2 months and I still have not received shirts or my money back! I need my refund asap. I have yet to receive so much as a response. If I do not, I will yelp and spam nothing but negative feedback to every social media outlet in existence! You people are robbers and future victims are going to know it!

The "website" claims my order was "fulfilled".. Total lie.

I have placed 3 orders on ShopDealMan.com on 26th June 2017. Out of which only one order is partially fulfilled and that also quality of the fulfilled order is not up-to the mark. Balance Orders I have been following up from past one moth with no response on my emails to:-

Hello My name is Adrian, I ordered 3 products almost 2 Months ago from Deal Man and unfortunately this purchase has still not arrived . In addition it is quite unfortunate for as I cannot even track it or it has been stationary for over a month. Placed and order with this company and the immediate response was great. Shipping went out right away. After few weeks and then months, I placed few emails to the company about my order #DM1364980 that was never received. Everything was tried to contact the company they did not reply to any emails or facebook messages which I was leaving everyday. I SIMPLY wanted an answer or a refund. At this point I would accept even an appology. Disgrace of a company.

I placed an order and settled it with DealMan Online Shopping, which confirmed by the store on 6th May 2017. Up to now I have not received my order. The last time I received any feedback from the store was 26th May, despite making so many follow-ups. Lately I do not even receive any feedback on my follow-ups. My order number is #DM1376170.

To resolve this I need confirmation that the items ordered are being delivered and a tracking id to substantiate that. If not, then I will have to demand my money back.

It seems to be impossible to cancel this order. After I booked the order and did payment with PayPal, I noticed that you can't trust Deal Man. I immediately tried to cancel the shipment by sending a message via Messenger" and via the e-mail given in the order. Unfortunately nobody replies on this request. They even send me now (false) shipment details.

Your facebook page, also, is not replying to any of my messages. It just responds with a system generated greeting.

Please assist me on this matter. It's been a month since I ordered an item from your website.

I send more than 5 emails to [protected]@shopdealman.co and no answer, nothing.

I just want to cancel my order, but is not possible... I'm very angry with this situation, this company is not recommended to anybody

I placed an order back in May which has not yet arrived (Invoice Number: DM1378584). I have attempted to contact the company numerous times, via Email and Facebook but I've had no response. The last few Emails I have sent have bounced back which is concerning. It's almost as if the company deliberately avoids certain customers who are trying to get some clarity on their orders but after reading some of the feedback from others this seems to be the norm with this company. Its a shame because they have a great range of clothes at great prices and I would've purchased a lot more from them had my first experience been more positive.

I ordered a product from Deal Man using my hard earned money last March 6, 2017. Their system reflects that it is still unfulfilled. After four months of sending follow up emails with them, I am still yet to receive any clear response from them. They also blocked me from their facebook page. And since June, they have not been responding to my email.
