Shop at home is hijacking traffic away from the web site you think your visiting and attaching their affiliate codes onto the urls. I wonder what the retailers think about this?

    Hello Mokiee,

    I am sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the ShopAtHome.com website. ShopAtHome.com is a free membership online shoping portal that offers cash-back incentives on purchases made by members of the website. In order to give these cash-back incentives to our customers we use affiliate tracking links in order to receive credit for our customer purchases. If customers have the ShopAtHome.com toolbar the customer can also receive cash back and affiliate tracking links would again be used. Tracking is only used for customers that use the ShopAtHome.com website or have the ShopAtHome.com toolbar. Memberships to ShopAtHome.com are optional and there are various options to remove the toolbar and close your account with ShopAtHome.com. If you wish to remove the ShopAtHome.com toolbar from your computer browser please follow the instructions in this link: http://www.shopathome.com/pages/faqs.aspx#gen13. If you would like to have your online membership account closed or if you have any further concerns with the ShopAtHome.com tracking system please contact the Customer Service Department at [protected]@ShopAtHome.com and assistance will gladly be provided.
