ShopAtHome.com / ShopAtHome.com looks like a scam

ShopAtHome.com looks like a scam. I purchased at safeway.com through ShopAtHome by clciking at the right deal which said 20$ cashback for orders of 49$ or more .I order edat safeway.com for little more than 49$. I received my ordered items as well. But my shopAtHome.com shows up only 13$ rebate cashback amout. Also i signed up and purchased for the first time through ShopAtHome.com, which means i need to get my 5$ bonus cashback as well. But my account says 0.00$ signup/bonus amount. Also no customerService number to contact them.. phh!!!

  • We are currently offering $13 on Safeway.com purchases to first-time safeway.com customers (see our Cash Back Guidelines on the Safeway.com store page on our site: http://www.shopathome.com/Coupons/shop.safeway.com#vr). If our site stated $20 cash back, that may have been on Extra Cash Back event where we offered an extra $7 cash back bonus. Currently, our system processes the bonus after the purhase is processed, and you will see the bonus show up days later sometimes. This is being modified so you see the entire cash back (including bonus) at one time. Stay tuned for that improvement!

    Some merchants take up to 30 days to report our customers purchases to us. If you made your Safeway.com purchase through ShopAtHome.com during an Extra Cash Back event, but do not see the bonus in your my ShopAtHome.com account, please fill our the Contact Us form on our site (http://www.shopathome.com/Contact.aspx) and select "Cash Back Rebates" from the drop down. Be sure to include your order number, amount, date of purchase on your inquiry and we will research it for you.
