NEVER buy from these people. Complete scam. I read through the other complaints and the exact same thing happened to them. There is NO WHERE on that website that says you are signing up for a club. I was charged the $9 for the necklace I bought and $69 a week later. When I called they said return the necklace (which I did) and you will be reimbursed for everything. Here it is a month later and now I can not get anyone on the phone. My husband went to school for IT (and is also a cop) so I had him trace the IP address for the website and I've been in contact with Evanston police if this is not put back in my account today. And he said if need be- he has friends in the secret service white collar fraud division he can contact. So I hope they read this because we have already traced them. Shop Dani had trial offer for $9.00 which I tried. Returned the product and every two weeks they send more product and pull money from my account. Now $225.00 later I am still trying to get my money back into my account. Because of them I am falling behind in my bills and feel someone from the Better Business Bureau or FBI should take a look at them. They are outright stealing from people in a time when everyone is feeling the strain with the economy being so sad. I have called at least 10 times and put on hold to only get the recording to leave your name and number and someone will get back to you. To date, I have not spoke to a person from this company.

They should be very proud of themselfs for stealing from hard working people.

FYI--they also seem to be using the name Haute Jewelry Direct now. I bought the $9 piece of jewelry a year ago. I canceled the account. Haven't had a problem until now. A year later they send me a piece of jewelry and charge my acct. $89 two times. The charge shows as shopdani.com. The phone number on the package and on the shopdani.com website send me to the same answering maching/voicemail but no one ever answers or returns my calls.

Yes It just happened to me and I have already reported them to FTC and BBB, please do. Even if I do not get my money back at least I did something and maybe prevent someone else from having this happen to.

I had the same issue happen to me... I waited the time they needed for the return and now when I call they tell me sorry the return is still not in your account let me run it again and it should be in your account in 5 business days... this is not true... I waited two weeks and nothing... called again and I got the same thing. Still no money and now I cant even get a hold of a rep. I will report them to the big 3 and soon I will get a lawyer in with me.

File a dispute with your bank. They should be able to get you your money back. Also, please report them the the Federal Trade Commission (FTC.gov). I called the police and that's what they told me to do. When filing the dispute with your bank, be sure to have as much info as you can, like dates of transactions, when you returned the jewelry, etc. My bank was very helpful and understanding.
