Shoesshoesshoes / Bad service
I'm located in Melbourne and ordered 2 pairs of heels from Shoesshoesshoes through the owner/founder of the company. After 2 months, I have not received the shoes. The founder, Ung Yiu Lin, assured me that it is on the way and the delays are due to shipping screw ups on DHL's side. However, I did order a shipment of clothes from USA about the same time as when I ordered the shoes from Malaysia. The clothes came one week later, also delivered via DHL. Nevertheless, I gave Shoesshoesshoes the benefit of the doubt and waited. After 2 months, I demanded a refund. She agreed. It has now been 2 and a half months. I have seen no refund and no shoes.
Shoesshoesshoes has BAD SERVICE and I highly discourage customers from going there. I'm willing to post/email anyone who requests to see our emails should they need extra verification.
