Dec 20th-Email from Josh the intern promising "Guaranteed" Shipping by Christmas “for the next 24 hours”!

Dec 21st–Email order confirmation received

Dec 30th –Shoes Arrive-(Too late for Christmas)

Jan 2nd-Shoes Returned

Jan 18th-Your website reflects the retu...rn-(but no email to me to let me know you received it)

Jan 30th-Still- no refund credit for return
