ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: Stylish, Comfortable Shoes That Won't Break the Bank

Shoedazzle is the bomb! I've been a fan of their shoes since way back in 2010. I mean, seriously, 90% of my closet is filled with Shoedazzle and JustFab shoes. But let me tell you, I've had my fair share of ups and downs with this site. Sometimes I forget to skip the monthly charges and end up with a ton of credits that I don't know what to do with. But hey, that's on me, right?

Anyway, this month was different. I logged onto the site and was pleasantly surprised to see not one, not two, but THREE pairs of shoes that caught my eye. I was so excited that I just had to buy all three pairs. One collection reminded me of those Candies shoes that were all the rage back in the day. You know the ones I'm talking about, right? I just had to have them in two different colors. And the other pair was a chunky heel that came in this fab color that I just couldn't resist. It's so versatile, too!

I have to say, I miss these timeless styles. It seems like everything these days is all about the latest trends and what's hot right now. But Shoedazzle has always been able to strike a balance between trendy and classic. And let me tell you, these shoes are comfortable, too. I can wear them all day without my feet hurting, which is a huge plus in my book.

Overall, I'm really happy with my latest Shoedazzle purchase. I know I'll get a lot of wear out of these shoes, and I'm already looking forward to my next order. ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: Limited Plus Size Options & Slow Shipping Time

Shoedazzle used to be my go-to for all things shoes and clothes. I was thrilled to find a website that offered trendy and high-quality items at affordable prices. However, as time has passed, I've noticed a significant decline in the options available for plus size clothing. It seems like the updates for straight sizing come in more frequently, leaving us curvy gals with limited choices. And don't even get me started on the lack of variety in wide width shoes. It's like they only offer the basics and nothing fun or unique.

To make matters worse, the shipping time has increased significantly. I used to receive my purchases within a week, but now it takes upwards of a week and a half. It's frustrating to wait that long for something that I'm excited to wear.

I've been considering canceling my membership with Shoedazzle because of these issues. It's disappointing to see a company that I once loved fall short in so many ways. I'll give them one more year to see if things improve, but if not, it's time to say goodbye.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle Review: One Right Foot Boot Disaster

I was super excited when my black boots from Shoedazzle finally arrived. I had been waiting for them for what felt like forever! As soon as I opened the package, I tried on the right boot and it fit like a glove. I was so happy with my purchase that I immediately threw away the grey plastic packaging.

But then disaster struck. Two days later, I had an important appointment and went to put on my left boot, only to discover that I had two right foot boots! I couldn't believe it. I was so upset that I thought I was going to cry. I had to change my whole outfit and ended up being late for my appointment. It was a total nightmare!

To make matters worse, I had to email my daughter the return label because she lives in a different city than me. She printed the label for me, but now I'm just waiting for it to get back to me so I can send the boots back. I really hope they don't say I need another label, because this whole situation has been a real ordeal for me.

Despite all the trouble, I'm still hopeful that Shoedazzle will make things right. I just want to be able to return the boots and get my money back. Once this whole thing is resolved, I'll be able to breathe a sigh of relief and move on with my life.

ShoeDazzle Shoedazzle.com Shipping Frustration: Constant Delivery Date Changes and Disappointment

I was really excited to order from Shoedazzle.com and was looking forward to receiving my package on January 30th at 6:00pm. I had been checking the tracking information regularly and was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new shoes. However, when the time finally came, I was disappointed to see that the delivery date had been pushed back to February 1st at 6:00pm.

To make matters worse, when February 1st rolled around, my package still hadn't arrived and the delivery date had been changed yet again to Friday the 3rd. I couldn't help but wonder if the date would change again when the 3rd came around. This was starting to get really frustrating!

I had heard from a friend that the same thing had happened to her, but I decided to give Shoedazzle a chance anyway. Unfortunately, it seems like the odds were not in my favor. I understand that shipping can be unpredictable, but it would be really helpful if Shoedazzle could pick a date and stick with it. If they need to adjust the shipping time, that's fine, but it's really frustrating to have to keep adjusting my plans and arrangements for package delivery.

To make matters worse, I live in an apartment complex and have to make sure someone is available to receive my package so it doesn't get stolen. It's really annoying to have to take time out of someone's day to be there for a delivery that doesn't even show up.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Shoedazzle. I was really looking forward to my new shoes, but the constant changes to the delivery date have left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. I hope that in the future, Shoedazzle can improve their shipping process and provide more accurate delivery dates for their customers.

ShoeDazzle VIP membership and pricing

As I read through the complaints I noticed no one mentioned the fact that one the pricing of the shoes are inaccurate and two the shoes cost more being a VIP member. I have bought shoes from them previously without being a VIP member (This was also when they first opened) the shoes were the actual price and there are of good quality I still have and wear them. Last year I became a VIP member figuring I could save money. AS I have learned VIP members are excluded from the sales so VIP members are charged a slight discount, (if regular price is $100 Vip price is $72) so your credit of 39.95 will never cover the cost of a shoe, but if you aren't VIP the cost of the shoe will be around $32.00. Who runs a business in this manner? SCAMMERS DO! Also the quality of the shoes have went to a 0, the shoes I have gotten this year are not the greatest and the sizing is all kinds of wrong!

Desired outcome: Shut it down

ShoeDazzle Order

I placed an order for the 1-2 express delivery which is 24.95 the day comes and my shoes have not arrived when I call to see where my order is Amanda says that paying 24.95 does not mean they will arrive in 1-2 days it just means they get the shoes shipped out faster which does not even make sense. Definitely will not be getting anything else from here

ShoeDazzle Refund

I ordered shoes and they were stolen
I was out if town and set up for notification which I never received because someone would go get my packages
I called the customer care and was told I would be refunded
I never got a email confirmation fir the first context nor one for today
They are saying I never called the first complaint
I saud pull up the recorded call their company they used has bad reviews after doing my own investigation for missing packages
I am a long time customer and have never had a problem
I do not like how I was treated

Desired outcome: Not resolved saying I never called the first time there us a record call so the customer care agent didn't do get job and lead me to believe I was being refunded

ShoeDazzle Product / service / fraud

I am a VIP customer per Shoedazzle the company website gets tangled up with too many customer soon as the 5th of the month comes so you can't skip a month. Then when you attempt to use the credit it still want a payment deducted out of your account. Then they give vip one price on showroom when it gets to the cart it changes. Example mara wedge sneaker which shows $12.00 offer for vip but when get to checkout it changes to $42.95. The agent keep saying refresh it is a glitch but when you do it does not. Finally it does the refresh. The shoes are $12.00 but they still want $18.00 taken out of your bank account.

ShoeDazzle Refund/credit not received for items returned

10/24/2019- on chat, Chad was to EXCHANGE 3 pairs of boots for other size, they didn't have one pair in my size so he allowed me to select another pair for same price, he entered exchange orders incorrectly 3 times. I was charged for new boots, they received the original boots I sent back but I never received a refund/credit & they deleted my acct

I contacted my bank about the charge, the bank contacted Shoedazzle who showed them papers proving that I ordered/received the shoes.  I tried to log in to my Shoedazzle account but they had deleted it. I was told that they closed it because I opened a complaint against them with the bank. I tried to explain that i was charged for items that should have been and even exchange. I even explained how their employee entered the exchange order incorrectly several times. While i was on chat with him, i kept going back to my account and I saw his mistakes. I kept telling him, "you entered it wrong. I don't want to be charged.' "no worries' he said. I was charged $69.04 for the second order, I returned/they received the boots I originally ordered but have yet to receive my refund for that charge. :/

ShoeDazzle reckless ankle boot (gold)

I ordered the reckless Ankle Boot to take on a trip. Once, the shoe arrived it had 2 different sizes in the box. One was a size 8.5 and the other was a size 6. I called the company to exchange. The person on the phone act like he couldn't understand what I was telling him. He didn't even seem to be concerned or anything. He didn't even offer any type of discount or tried to keep me as a customer when I told him I will not be ordering anything for awhile or when I told him I was thinking about cancelling my membership.

ShoeDazzle new boots

My name is Lucretia Bluester and i recently bought a pair of brown boots size 11 and the zipper got stuck again I say again because this is the 2nd time I've bought boots from You guys and the zipper stuck and won't move and I had it them on and after an hour yes an hour of me and my husband trying to get the zipper down we had to cut my way out of the boot finally wiggling my foot out of the boot which now hurts I would like to be Refunded or sent a New pair.

ShoeDazzle the commercial

The show dazzle commercial is disgusting. Erika looks like a porno star. the commercial has nothing to do with shoes. Your commercial has no value to it and it's immoral and disgusting. Send this to your Corporate office and tell them they should be ashamed of themselves showing people and especially children, this explicit and despicable stuff. I will never buy your products.

ShoeDazzle charging my credit card again for an already purchased item!

This has happened not once, twice but three times now, and quite frankly i'm pissed off at they're lack of fixing this problem their [censored]ic billing department has! I purchased boots on november 26th to see yet again the same purchase charged to my credit card today dec. 2! So I call them to again complain and the person i'm speaking with is trying to twist me into thinking this didn't actually happen. Give me a supervisor! I work at a hotel. I know how easy it is to reverse this. Do you think I was even given the excellent service of this being done? Ha! Of course not. I was told heres 10% off your next purchase for the error. Your freaking kidding me right now! Your lucky I ever use your service again! Who authorized you to charge me again for a purchase I already made? I auta call the police cause this is fraudulant and pure theift! And not only do these cowards do this once but three times!
Ill be dambed im gonna wait 10 days for my money credited. God help them!

Received on 22nd November 2018 (yesterday)
The product that I have received has all scratches on the left shoe. I am attaching the image of the product received.
Highly dissatisfied with the product. I have ordered rain boots as I wanted them urgently due to the rainy season and I am new to Canada (New Immigrant) and my experience of shopping online with shoe dazzle.
I have packed the shoes as received as it is of no use to me and also initiated a return/exchange.
I would like you to look into this and reply with a solution.

ShoeDazzle wrong order, lying representatives

I received the wrong order. Called customer service, the representative told me I could keep the wrong boots(would never fit, 2.5 sizes too small) and they would send me my pair. He told me I would get an email regarding the new shipment. It was the same tracking as the wrong order I already received. He did nothing. Put no notes on my account... And he didn't know correct English as he was from another country. Maybe he didn't understand what I wanted. If I would have never called back again I would have never figured out how to get my boots. Now I have to fix their mess up by finding time to get to the post office. I ordered from them because I have no time to go to an actual store. I will never NEVER order from them again. I'll go without boots before ordering from them. Maybe shoedazzle needs to hire competent employees that don't lie to their customers!

ShoeDazzle boots

I received a pair of boots from someone as a christmas gift. They are suppose to be a size nine, but I cannot get my foot into the shoe. Also one of the buckles came off the shoe before I opened the package. I tried calling customer service but a machine cannot help me with this becasue I'm not the one who ordered them. Shoedazzle customer service sucks because if you are not the one who purchased the items, there is no way you can talk to customer service.

ShoeDazzle complete nightmare

I purchased shoes, they delivered a handbag. Would be fine if it wasn't supposed to be a Christmas present, now it's certainly too late for exchanging and stuff like that. However, I called them and the only thing they were interested in is the handbag. No alternatives, no offers, not even a store credit. They promised to call me back but never did. So I called them again, but no one picked up. Oh well, I hope one day I will get this finished and forget about these clowns forever,

ShoeDazzle it's a trap

Just like many other people I was caught into their trap without knowing it. I purchased a pair of shoes and it was my only one communication with them, but they decided it was enough for starting charging me every month. The amount is huge for nothing - almost 40 dollars. It's insane.
I actually wasn't going to shop there anymore, but they said that the money they took would become a credit for further purchasing. Thanks, but I didn't want to spend more money...
I didn't sign г for anything. But probably you automatically do it, when you buy something from them.
So people stay away, it's a trap.

Shoe dazzle is a great place to buy cute shoes for a great price don't get me wrong, BUT when it's time to cancel your membership it's a problem. I canceled my membership in April yet I'm still being charged from my account $39. I have called every month speaking to a manager saying that my membership has been cancelled and a refund has been posted to my account but it's the same thing every month.
