Shoecity.com Moffet retail park - shopping centre.

I visited the Branch at Moffet Retail Park, time 17h52min - Shoe City, upon my arrival, in the store the - Celestine coloured lady, indicated, the store will be closed, no greetings or good afternoon, where I said the store only close at 18h00, according to the trading hours.

Then the same lady - Celestine, said, we will have load shedding, where I explained to her cash payment, is not a problem we can do manual transaction.

An unknown-coloured gentleman stands with her, with a Shoe City - Body warmer, with this lady - Celestine at the cashier area, he said nothing, I assume, it has been the responsible Manager.

I spend how money monies in that store, the time when Luk, was running the shop as the Manager, they have no public relationship, where I will never buy any products at this specific store - what happen to good corporate governance, and giving client services, over and above.

Retail time frames is as follow - 15minutes before opening and 15 minutes after closing.

There is no client satisfactory, no assistance - no energy for this business of yours - very disgusting - and unsatisfactory management.

Good evening I walked in your 1060 Brentwood Rd NE no one greeted the young man on duty was laying down on the bench the other young ladie was sitting on the bench and the women on phone was standing there texting none of them recognized me I stood in the kids section for 10min no one came to help I left this was yesterday at 8 something bad customer...

Shoecity.com Horrible customer service

I went to shoe city Clearwater mall today to buy shoes, when I got there I think it was almost time to close I looked for shoes there was a lady standing next to the shoes she could clearly see that I was struggling and needed help but she didn't bother to come ask me. Eventually I greeted her and asked for assistance she didn't greet me back even after I told her that I just greeted you she looked disgusted and didn't respond to me. She looked for the shoes and told me they don't have the size. I went to pay for something else when I got there the ladies working there where on a video call in front of customers laughing and making jokes I found that level of service very disturbing. Oh the lady who looked disgusted in assisting me her name is Khona or Kholi but something like that got the name from one of the colleagues. I despise bad service because I work with customers as well and I know what is expected of me. The service I got today wow I am beyond disappointed with shoe city but I will still go back and buy there hopefully the next encounter will be much better.

Shoecity.com Service

I visited the Shoe City Store Located in 1060 Brentwood Road N.E in Washington DC, The employees were somewhat polite at first but over the course of 10 minutes they started showing signs of disrespect this alone is poor customer service, There was poor management as we asked one of the Employees (a short light skinned African American female with dreads) if we can get a size 11 of a certain shoe in a certain color and the lady showed signs of irritation she also said that there wasn't any size 11 for every other color besides white and we suppose that she was just rushing, I can't stress this much on how they were making me my sisters and my mother very embarrassed, When we went to the counter to check out the card declined and the woman yelled in a very condescending tone "THE CARD DECLINED!" for other patrons in the store to hear this itself shows many things about the store and how they treat the customers, Another lady entered and they showed her respect which confused us and shows that there maybe bias in the system, Overall this was probably one of the worst experience for us, 0/10 rating you guys need to treat the customers better.

Employee 2:(African American Female with Dreads and a light skin tone)
These are the only two that showed disrespect as the other two were laughing at something at they're phones and they stayed quiet. Don't fire them but teach them better customer service.

I wanted to purchase the pink youth Jordan shoes with the price tag on them as $19.97. I get to the register and the young lady says $55.00. I explained to her the tag says 19.97 and in so many words she says sorry. That wasn't the only shoe marked $19.97. Shoecity.com I would not suggest Shoe City to anyone

Bad service and attitude, when a brand new pair of high heals gets damaged in the first hour of wearing it, now its said that its neglegance on the customer's side, my lawyers are busy with the case, but I need more details for the suit to go to court. Shoe city has, in two days, not come back to me... After a phone call and an e-mail. I prefer tekkie town... Better quality shoes and excellent service!

Rude customer service Kia @ Shoe City Westside shopping center 1/12/19 @ 3:30 while trying to do a return because the sole on my shoes i purchased seperated after wearing the boots once i asked for the manager she said there is nothing she can do so i asked is there anyone i can call she said, like who Rude Rude Rude & unprofessional

the richmond, virginia white oak shopping mall store, is an embarassment, rude and prostitute dressed young females in this store music playing loud, when i walked in with my 10 year old son the song was on the radio all i want for my birthday is a big booty girl! f*** this place i will never go there again i went across the street to hibbett sports...very polite and courteous you have a customer for life...f*** shoe city and get those ghetto ### hoochies out of there looking at you like you aint ###...### i make more than you...amazing
