shiva 23 has a defaulted check agree to terms and conditions as well as defaulted check for the scrub, they also have international banks that my bank charges an intl service fee to my account, none of this is disclosed in all the garbage they supposedly disclose. do not do business with this company, they simply stated to me that there is nothing i can do but to cancel my order, this is crazy and i hope others do not fall for this.

i agree. this company is total rip off. I never received my 4.97 trial sample and then the next thing I see is a $70 charge on my bank account. I call the number up and they claimed I didn't cancel my order in time--I said I never received it! They said they couldn't do anything until I returned the product. 2 weeks later I got both the sample kit and the next order (which I did not want) so I returned them to sender. I never received a refund. So I called them today and they claim they don't do refunds. SHAM

i have also been ripped off. I bought this product for my daughter, it did not help. Received a shipment, refused and sent back with cancel my order all over the package. The next month I notice I was charged 70 dollars. I sent the second month shipment back same as before, got billed again. I finally got someone who said that I had not canceled in time, but they would cancel me. The next two months I noticed that even though I was longer receiving the product, they were still deducting from my account. On Jan 7, After many long phone calls with various reps they told me that they would refund the two months and they would resend the product for the two that I had refused. She explained that they cannot accept products returned and the only way I could get anything for that was to accept the product when they resent it and that I could give it to a friend to try. I reluctantly agreed, waited for the two month refund and two months of products, only to still be waiting. I called back to discover that My name was not on the refund list after speaking to three different people. The last guy, Adam a supervisor was very rude and when I asked to speak to his boss, he said he was the boss. He refused to give me his last name when I asked. Can the better business get involved in this obvious scam? I am thoroughly pissed. Judie Phillips

The worst part of it all is the toner is H2O. I drank it. Such a rip off . Do not let the thieves get to your childs account. This was her first job. She learned the hard way. They took her 70.00 and she never recieved the product.
