shirt.woot.com / My order was lost and they refused to return money

I ordered 3 t-shirts from the website www.shirt.woot.com. All shirts were huge, so I contacted the online chat agent and asked if it was possible to return them. The agent told yes, and after 3 weeks the agent contacted me and told that they didn’t receive the order back. I was in shocked, and of course they refused to provide money back. I told them that I had proof that I sent the order back, but no one listened to me. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
