They attempt to deliver my orders & dishonestly state that they attempted their delivery my mother is always home so they should never fail a delivery EVER! she listens out for the bell but it is never rang.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
where do i go to officially make a complaint? I'm honestly thinking of contacting the police department because these ###s are trying to steal peoples packages, which is a crime
I stood on line for over 1 hour with more than 30 other customers. There was only 1 postal clerk at the window. When I called the direct phone number, I was told the supervisor was too busy in the back room.
Worst post office ever! They lie and they they attempt delivery and never do. Very rude staff. Avoid at all cost.
